Ethnic education is an important part of China's education and a weak link of education.Balance of education in ethnic minority areas is the key to realizing the current development of ethnic education and the realization of educational equity.Liangshan yi autonomous prefecture is the country's largest yi ethnic group area,cloth tuo county is located in the core of yi,liangshan yi autonomous prefecture is the most typical and representative administrative county,is the national "cap out of poverty" county,special regional environment and cultural environment,cause the county in education and sports and the state,the whole province and the whole country gap became a fact.This article uses the literature data method,field visit method,mathematical statistics,interview method and logical analysis method,through the cloth tuo county basic education primary school and teaching points and junior high school field visits,through GPS satellite positioning system to the central school and teaching site field sports teaching hardware site equipment pictures,field visit the school managers and teaching auxiliary personnel.Find the current situation of teaching resource allocation,find the problems,analyze the problems,and finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the balanced development of sports teaching resources in Butuo County.The main part of this article is:(1): Current allocation of human resources,material resources and information resources in Butuo County;(2)Problems and causes of physical education teaching resources allocation in primary and secondary schools in Butuo County;(3)Development countermeasures of physical education teaching resources in Butuo County.The main conclusions of this article are:(1)In terms of human resource allocation,the overall allocation of physical education teachers,uneven distribution among towns,serious lack of teachers 'resources in teaching sites;teacher age structure is younger;teachers' professional structure is unreasonable;and teacher training opportunities are unreasonable;(2)In terms of material resources allocation,Butuo County has insufficient overall allocation and uneven distribution;sports equipment presents unbalanced allocation of teaching points with middle schools and central schools,and excessive allocation of some school equipment,but low utilization rate wastes resources,and imperfect allocation of equipment storage room.In terms of information resource allocation,(3)fully the allocation of primary and junior high schools is relatively perfect,but in terms of using information resources,the utilization rate of teaching multimedia in schools at all levels in Butuo County is not high,and the information resource allocation of teaching points is insufficient.The countermeasures and suggestions in this article are:(1)For the allocation of insufficient sports human resources,improve the teacher incentive mechanism,fully consider the particularity of economy,culture and policy in ethnic areas,and innovate the training methods according to the actual situation of Butuo County;strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the training mechanism and ensure the quality of physical education teachers.Relevant departments should clarify the management subject,formulate the management system,form a supervision mechanism for the implementation of the management system,and have a set of perfect mechanism suitable for school development,aiming at focusing on students,improving the quality of school teaching,realizing balanced education,and promoting the development of education in ethnic minority areas.(2)plays the departmental linkage mechanism to optimize the balanced all ocation of resources and improve the supervision mechanism.Relevant managers should pay attention to the stadium construction and sports equipment allocation in weak areas,establish the investment concept of "differential compensation",deeply realize that balanced allocation is not a simple quantity balance,not a formal balance;we should pay attention to the development of physical education class to promote the all-round development of students;Open courses on ethnic programs to make up for the lack of resources.(3)increases the utilization rate of information resources,and pays attention to the allocation and improvement of teaching information resources in teaching points.
