The Research On The Construction Of “Youth Marxist Cultivating Project” In Xinjiang Universities

The construction of "Youth Marxist cultivating project" has achieved good results across the country,Since its launch in 2007,the "Youth Marxist cultivating project" has achieved good results nationwide,having trained a number of young people with firm ideals and beliefs and excellent political quality for the Communist Party and the Chinese Communist Youth League.As a brand project to nurture people for the Party,the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and several departments jointly issued the Opinions on the Further Implementation of "Youth Marxist cultivating project" in June 2020,which put forward new requirements for the work,specifying that based on the new era,the "Youth Marxist cultivating project" should be carried out in a qualitative and comprehensive manner.Starting from the significance implication of the construction of "Youth Marxist cultivating project" in Xinjiang universities,this paper makes a systematic explanation and evaluation on the study of the construction of "Youth Marxist cultivating project" in Xinjiang universities.First,on the basis of the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,through literature research,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the construction of "Youth Marxism training project",clarifies the implementation situation and main contents of the work,and elucidates the promotion principles of "Youth Marxist cultivating project" in Xinjiang Universities.Second,through the investigation and analysis,the current achievements and problems faced by the construction of "Youth Marxist cultivating project" in Xinjiang universities are identified,and the deeper reasons for the problems are explored through data and interviews.Third,through comprehensive analysis,based on the practical problems faced by the construction of "Youth Marxist cultivating project" in Xinjiang universities,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of “Young Marxists Cultivation Project " in Xinjiang universities from five aspects,namely,“combining the actual situation of Xinjiang universities to strictly control the principles of work promotion”,“increasing the investment in Xinjiang universities to improve the conditions and safeguard”,“improving the curriculum design in Xinjiang universities to enrich the training contents","improving the assessment mechanism in Xinjiang universities to strengthen self-education",and "optimizing the network pattern in Xinjiang universities to expand the influence of communication".To sum up,this dissertation embarking on the analysis of the situation of the construction of "Youth Marxist cultivating project" in Xinjiang universities,based on the basis theory,the dissertation finds out the effective ways to promote the construction of "Youth Marxist cultivating project" in Xinjiang universities,which has reference significance for the improvement of the quality of the construction of the construction of "Youth Marxist cultivating project" in Xinjiang universities.
