Applied Study Of Principle Of Organization Design At The Communist Youth League Of Universities And College

Along with the development of the ages and the progress of the society, the work of the Communist Youth League (CYL) faces to new opportunity and the challenge in the lately period. According to the position and property of the CYL, this paper analyzed new problems in the works of the CYL in universities and colleges, and emphasized important meaning of innovation for open to work of the CYL in universities. The basic concepts of organization design were elaborated. The influence of the development of the organization structure theories to the CYL in the universities and colleges, and the principles of innovation for its work ware discussed. Some concrete measures have been put forward, so that organization function to the CYL in the universities and colleges the availably was exerted. Implementing of innovation work of the CYL in the universities and colleges was introduced in the leadership mechanism, the organization structure, the encouraging manners, the organization culture, and the working function. The fostering system of person with ability of innovation was explored especially. The validity of using principle of organization design at the CYL of Colleges and Universities was substantiated by our practice.
