Research On The Community Participation Of Elderly Women In The Mode Of Regional Development

On March 11,2021,Premier Li Keqiang mentioned in the fourth session of the13 th National People’s Congress that China’s aging population has reached 260 million.At the gate of some schools,we can often see old people picking up and seeing off their children.Many of these old people are old-age people who live in other places or come to help their children.This kind of old people is what we call the old people who move with them.Due to the continuous improvement of urbanization process,the proportion of migrant elderly in China’s floating population is increasing,among which more and more migrant elderly are forced to come to the city to take care of the third generation.According to the survey,compared with men,women are more adept at taking care of their children.Out of their sense of responsibility for traditional families,the elderly women who move with them come to the city where their children live to help them take care of their grandchildren,thus giving up the comfortable life of their hometown.Therefore,the number of elderly women who move with them is more.However,with the change of living environment,the original social relations of these elderly women are forced to break down,and they may also face a variety of maladjustments in the new community,such as language and culture,living habits and interpersonal communication.Community participation is a necessary process for the migrant group to enter the inflow area.Compared with other community inflow groups,their age and identity are not dominant in the process of community participation,so they become a double vulnerable group in the process of community participation.How to tap the community resources to meet the living needs of the elderly women and stimulate the enthusiasm of the elderly women to participate in community affairs are the problems we should pay attention to and solve.This paper takes the M community in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City as the analysis sample.As a community with large population mobility and more elderly women,the motivation and content of community participation of elderly women are generally insufficient.The author introduces the "Green City mother" community environmental protection service project in M community,analyzes the status quo of community participation of elderly women in the community during the implementation of the project,and the factors influencing the community participation of elderly women in the community.Through the analysis,the author found that the regional development model of American scholar Rothman has great feasibility in the project,so the core idea,work objectives and specific strategies of the regional development model are applied in the "Green City mother" community environmental protection service project of M community,and the problems existing in the community participation of the elderly women in M community are intervened This paper explores the causes and analyzes the practical process and effect of using the regional development model to encourage elderly women to participate in community activities.In the process of practice,through the establishment of community environmental governance self-organization,the cultivation of community characteristic culture,the integration of community resources and other aspects to arouse the awareness of community participation of elderly women,stimulate the motivation of community participation of elderly women,enrich the community life of elderly women.Finally,based on the regional development model,this paper summarizes the applicability and effectiveness of encouraging elderly women to participate in the community,reflects on the whole practice process and puts forward personal suggestions.
