In recent years,the construction of teachers has gradually attracted great attention from the country.Under the background of the new era,PE teachers have gradually changed from teaching practice to research innovation.However,PE teachers lack the support of school leaders,the guidance and help of relevant experts,and the lack of a platform for learning and communication.Therefore,there is an urgent need to create an expert-led learning platform for the PE teachers.Based on this,the community,as an intelligent group to promote the coordinated development of groups,can effectively promote the professional development of teachers.Since 2016,the national project hosted by the research team of the College of Physical Education and Health of ECNU has attracted hundreds of PE teachers from all over the country.Under the leadership and organization,all PE teachers regularly participate in learning and discussions,and have produced a number of "star teachers" who have won various awards.The team of teachers in the project has formed a PE teacher professional community.This study calls it the "ECNU project community".In this study,through a self-made questionnaire,this study studies 172 PE teachers in the "ECNU Project Community",understands the current situation of PE teachers' professional development,analyzes the role of the community in PE teachers' professional development,and explores the influence of "ECNU Project Community" on teachers.Through interviews with 20 members of different roles,to further explore the influence path and function of "ECNU project community" on PE teachers' professional development.Through the above research,the conclusions are as follows:1.The professional development of PE teachers requires a cooperative platform for learning and exchange,providing opportunities for communication and sharing,cooperative exploration,and practical reflection for PE teachers at all stages of development.It solves the current dilemma of professional development of PE teachers without relevant personnel guidance and the lack of high-quality teacher training.2.Different types of communities give priority to the development of teaching and research capabilities of PE teachers.The provincial-level communities focuses on the promotion and innovation of PE teachers' teaching concepts,while the interval and inter-school-level communities prefer to cultivate personal practical experience.3.The "ECNU Project Community" meets the three major elements and four characteristics of these commonalities,relying on the project research,construct a teacher professional development path with complete content,advanced procedure and progressive difficulty,and promotes the development of PE teachers from all aspects with its diversified development goals,personnel structure and organizational form.
