Postgraduates with a master's degree in physical education are the outstanding reserve talents for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the future.This research is mainly based on the research perspective of the professional quality of postgraduates in the direction of physical education,using literature method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods.First,according to the basis and principles of the construction of the index system,a postgraduate student with a master's degree in physical education is constructed.Professional literacy index system,and then based on the constructed index system,the current situation of the professional literacy of the 2020 physical education teaching graduate students in Zhejiang Province is investigated.The relevant research results are as follows:1.Constructing a professional quality index system for postgraduates who have completed the physical education directionFour first-level indicators of moral literacy,teaching literacy,education literacy and development literacy have been determined;professional understanding,teacher ethics standards,sports ethics,subject knowledge,sports ability,subject teaching,education concept,education ability,independent learning,Reflect on 11 secondary indicators for innovation and communication and cooperation;34 tertiary indicators including professional identity,employment willingness,correct attitude,teacher benevolence,job responsibility,sports ethics,sportsmanship and sports character.2.The conclusions of the survey on the professional literacy status of the 2020 PE teaching graduate students in Zhejiang Province are:(1)The overall professional literacy of 2020 physical education teaching graduate students in Zhejiang Province is at a medium level.Among the four dimensions,the level of moral literacy and development literacy is high,and the level of teaching literacy and nurturing literacy is low.(2)In terms of moral quality,the level of "teacher benevolence" is the highest,and the level of "professional identity" is the lowest;In terms of literacy: the level of "multimedia technology application" is the highest,and the level of "one specialization and multiple abilities" is the lowest;In terms of human literacy,the level of "moral education first" is the highest,and the level of "healthy education" is the lowest.In terms of development literacy,the level of "lifelong learning" is the highest,and the level of "research-promoting teaching" is the lowest.(3)Under the characteristics of sports graduate students of different genders,there are significant differences in the two dimensions of "moral literacy" and "teaching literacy".In the four three-level indicator dimensions of "multi-ability" and "good physical fitness",male sports graduate students have higher scores than female graduate students in the "one specialization,multiple skills" and "good physical fitness" indicators,and female sports graduate students have "professional identity" and "employment willingness".The index score is higher than that of male graduate students.(4)Under the characteristics of whether it is an inter-professional sports graduate student,there are significant differences in the two dimensions of "teaching literacy" and "education literacy".This difference is mainly reflected in the "one specialization,multiple abilities" and "classroom teaching".“Implementation”,“after-school sports training”,“extra-curricular sports activity guidance”,“work of the head teacher”,“discipline education” and “health education” are included in the 7 three-level indicator dimensions,and the physical education graduate students of this major are in these 7 dimensions The above scores are all higher than those of sports graduate students who have passed the cross-professional examination.
