In the practice of contemporary educational development,the development of teacher education culture is greatly restricted.In this case,it has become an extremely urgent development goal of our country to deeply understand the present situation of the inheritance and development of teachers' teaching culture in China,to analyze the problems existing in the inheritance and innovation of physical education teachers' teaching culture,and to seek solutions from the root.This paper is of great significance to improve the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities through the study of physical education culture of physical education teachers from the perspective of culture,to enhance the physical quality of contemporary college students,and to promote the self-learning and communication between college teachers.This article takes "the study on the inheritance and innovation of PE teachers' education culture from the cultural perspective" as the research object,and uses the method of literature data,questionnaire survey,expert interview,observation,and mathematical statistics to conduct research.The following conclusions are drawn through the research :First,At present,PE teachers' education culture is in good condition,and PE teachers can correctly understand the important role of spiritual culture in education culture.Second,teacher's standard system is relatively perfect,this kind of perfect standard system effectively guarantees the physical education teacher's education culture and so on,but the standard system only serves as the physical education teacher's education culture formation,the inheritance,the innovation external condition,Can not really promote the physical education teacher's education culture development.Third,the teacher's personal behavior is the explicit education culture,generally speaking,the education culture behavior culture is relatively good,but some teachers do not attach importance to the cultivation and formation of the education culture behavior culture.Fourth,the material and cultural situation of educational culture is general,although teachers have a correct understanding of educational cultural capital,the degree of understanding still needs to be further improved.Fifth,physical education teachers' education culture has some problems,such as the lack of pertinence of spiritual culture,the improvement of system culture,the improvement of behavior culture and the lack of material culture.Sixth,the inheritance of PE teachers' education culture from the perspective of culture,we need to use the core values and beliefs,cultivate the invisible guide of PE teachers' education culture,promote teachers' education culture consciousness,cultivate the inherent requirements of PE teachers' education culture,push forward the reform of school system,cultivate the external guarantee of PE teachers' education culture,understand and take care of teachers' living conditions,and cultivate the realistic foundation of PE teachers' education culture.Seventh,the innovation path of PE teachers' education culture under cultural science needs to cultivate the field of PE teachers' education culture,promote PE teachers to form self-learning habits,promote PE teachers to learn from each other,optimize PE teachers' education culture environment,guide positive education habits,form PE teachers' education culture related system,perfect PE teachers' education culture cultivation system and build PE education culture capital.In view of the above findings,the following recommendations are made:First,the national,local governments and schools,we need to cultivate good educational culture field for PE teachers,guide PE teachers to form good autonomous learning habits,and lay a solid foundation for the inheritance and innovation of educational culture.Second,school,we should pay attention to the mutual learning and cooperation of PE teachers,encourage and promote each other,and provide conditions for teachers' teams to learn,communicate and cooperate,enhance the feelings between PE teachers,and create a good environment for PE teachers' educational culture.Third,on the one hand,through the participation of physical education teachers,let physical education teachers correctly understand and attach importance to the importance of educational culture,on the other hand,through the formulation of relevant systems,standardize the educational culture of physical education teachers and promote the innovation of educational culture of physical education teachers.Fourth,schools should actively develop and tap the cultural capital of physical education,actively communicate and communicate with other schools by drawing lessons from other successful cases,and establish a liaison mechanism between schools and physical education teachers to create the cultural capital of physical education in line with the actual situation of the school itself.
