Under the background of first-class university and first-class discipline construction,strengthening discipline construction and improving the level of scientific research innovation has become an important issue to the development of colleges and universities.As the main body of discipline organization innovation,the teachers' scientific research innovation influence the overall level of scientific research and innovation of disciplines.The development of how to stimulate teachers' scientific research innovation is an issue that the higher education sector needs to think about and solve.As the leader of the discipline team,the academic leader is the growth base and the core of the discipline team,and has an important impact on the overall construction and development of the discipline.The existing research shows that in the enterprise,the inclusive leadership has a significant impact on the employee's innovative behavior.However,there is no research based on the discipline construction of the university,discuss the relationship between the leadership style of the academic leader and teachers' scientific research innovation,and there is no research to introduce innovation passion as a mediator of the two,to explore the impact mechanism.This paper takes the teachers of various disciplines as the research object,explores the influence of the leadership style of academic leaders on the teachers' scientific research innovation,and introduces the creative passion of teachers as the mediator between the two to explore the influence mechanism between variables.This study,through literature combing,theoretical research and empirical investigation,using SPSS20.0,Mplus7.0 and other software to analyze the collected samples,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)The inclusive leadership style of academic leaders includes three dimensions:recognizing and cultivating teachers,respecting and treating teachers fairly,and rationally inclusive teachers' views and failures.Teachers' scientific research innovation ability is divided into two dimensions:innovative thinking of scientific research and scientific research achievements.(2)The three dimensions of the inclusive leadership style of the academic leaders have a significant positive correlation with the two dimensions of the teacher's scientific research innovation.The academic leaders recognize and cultivate teachers and rationally inclusive teachers' views and failures,have a significant impact of innovative thinking of scientific research and scientific research achievements.(3)The teacher's creative passion plays a full intermediary role in the recognition and cultivation teachers,rationally inclusive teachers' views and failures to the innovative thinking of scientific research;plays a part of the intermediary role in the academic leaders recognize and cultivate teachers,rationally inclusive teachers' views and failures to the teachers' scientific research achievements.In summary,this study constructs the main dimensions of the inclusive leadership style of the academic leaders and the teachers' scientific research innovation.It validates the influence mechanism of the inclusive leadership style of academic leaders on the teachers' scientific research innovation,and attempts to analyze the creative passion plays the intermediary role in the relationship.At the same time,this paper provides management inspiration for the cultivation of inclusive leadership style of university academic leaders and the stimulation of teachers' creative passion and scientific research innovation.
