| The spirit of women's participate in politics is one of the most important in Marxism views on women. My paper mainly study women leaders, particularly leader's charismatic and style. In the initiative of"people-oriented", depend on women's unique advantage, they show their charm. Everyone can see their unique charismatic and effect in society. I suggest some countermeasures and advices for problems and status in the way of women leader's development.Nowadays, Women's participation in politics has been measured the development of our county's society and progress of culture. They can show the most important indicator of the situation of women's survive and development. From new China 60 years, the work of female leader's selection and training gained famous effort, more and more women have been the leaders of China Communist Party and enterprise. They show the important roles in county and society's management and their unique female leader style. However, we must pay attention that in the advancement of democracy, with the further deepening of the reform in cadre system and the increasing publicity of the selection and appointment, the quality of women's participation in politics has been increasing. However, problems exist. Some causes of the problem are objective,1ike the traditional ideas, the"rate"politics in particular, the inadequate understanding of the leaders about the selection and appointment of women cadres, imperfect regulations concerning the cultivation and selection of women cadres, biased publicity and hindrances brought about by the conflicts between double roles. Subjective tenses include weak awareness of women's participation in politics, insufficient confidence, and week sense of independence and superficial understanding of equality between the two sexes. My paper study women leaders, in the other words, women leader's Charismatic and style in society, I hope this study can provide some guides and references and help some women. |
