The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that innovation is the first motivation to lead development.We must continue to firmly implement the innovation-driven development strategy.As an innovation subject that implements the national innovation-driven development strategy,enterprises must attach great importance to innovation.However,the innovation of enterprises comes from the creative performance of employees.How to stimulate and improve the creative performance of employees,and transform their intellectual capital into efficient productivity and market competitiveness has become a major challenge facing enterprises.There are many uncertainties in the innovation process.Creative activities are often accompanied by errors and risks.Individual errors will inevitably fluctuate after the error occurs.If an organization's environment does not allow mistakes and attitudes toward errors are punitive,then no one is willing to take the risk of error,thereby reducing the chances of learning from mistakes;in contrast,if an organization treats mistakes more positive attitude,then employees will be able to take a positive view of the error,be able to take the risk of error,the courage to trial and error,pay more attention to action and innovation.Therefore,in order to make employees form a positive error orientation and show more creative performance,the enterprise must create an organizational atmosphere that is inclusive,open-ended,tolerant and encouraging innovation.Leadership has a powerful influence on the organizational climate.Different orientations lead to different organizational climate.Different organizational environments have different ways of error management.As an emerging field of leadership,Inclusive leadership It represents an open,compatible and human-oriented leadership model.Can this effective leadership promote the formation of positive error orientation and promote the creative performance of employees?The influence of leadership on employee innovation is usually not straightforward and needs to be influenced by influencing organizational psychology and perception.So,what is the mechanism through which inclusive leadership affects employee's creative performance?Accordingly,as a variable of employees' psychological experience and cognition of errors,can error risk tolerance bridge the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee creative performance?Emotions inevitably fluctuate after the error occurs,both positive and negative emotions promote and hinder the possibility of creativity.As an important variable that affects creative behavior,emotion should be valued by researchers.The interaction model of individual creativity activities pointed out that emotion is an important motivation variable that affects the individual to produce creative behavior.Therefore,the study introduced emotional regulation as a regulatory variable to explore the relationship between inclusive leadership and creative performance In order to enrich the research results of emotion,at the same time let more people attach importance to the management of emotion.Based on the above background and problems,this study uses the individual level of employees as the research perspective.Firstly,it explores how inclusive leadership affects the creative performance of employees,and then verifies the validity of inclusive leadership.Secondly,the introduction of error risk taking as mediating variable and the regulation of emotion as regulation In different contexts,we study the influence of inclusive leadership on employee's creative performance.Through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of 362 employees in 25 enterprises and institutions in Anhui Province,we found that:(1)The three dimensions of inclusive leadership openness,usability and accessibility have a significant positive impact on creative performance;(2)the three dimensions of inclusive leadership openness,usability and accessibility of risk exposure;(3)The error risk taking significantly affects the employee's creative performance;(4)The assumption of error risk plays an important role in the three dimensions of inclusive leadership:openness,usability,accessibility and creative performance;(5)Regulation of emotions has a significant positive effect on creative performance;(6)Regulation of emotions positively adjusts the relationship between openness,usability,accessibility and creative performance of the three dimensions of inclusive leadership.The results of this study not only answer how "inclusive" leaders influence employee creative performance,but also answer "when" the influence of inclusive leadership on employee creative performance.It not only enhances the maneuverability and feasibility of the concept of inclusive leadership,expands and improves the previous theoretical research results,but also can provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the management practices of enterprises,which is of great significance for enhancing the creative performance of employees.Therefore,this study proposed the following management suggestions:(1)To carry out inclusive leadership training to create a good atmosphere for innovation;(2)To focus on emotional management training and enhance employees' ability to regulate their emotions;(3)To strengthen the culture of enterprise error management and stimulate the creative performance of employees.
