| In this paper , from an objective point of view , I put forward that the idea that great academic leader is necessary, combining the research of the historical development and contemporary features, from an objective point of view put forward before the current needs of the times technology handsome. And in the background of "big science" era, studying from the perspective of leadership, the article takes science and technology as the research object.This article was divided six parts including the introduction and conclusion. Among them, the introduction describes the research background, research status, research meaning and research methods and writing framework. The conclusion part of this thesis was summarized. Article body: the first chapter questions. The institutionalization of scientific development as the main line, I cards the change of the forms of scientific research activities, and reviewed the three different periods (pre-modern, modern, contemporary). Through an analysis, the historical changes the scientific development patterns were reproduced, in particular, the establishment of scientific research activities in the contemporary situation was carded. In the section II, I analyzed the features of the contemporary scientific research activities, and presented with the intersections between contemporary scientific research synthesis, research subjects and research team of relationship between the causes of the social contract. Categorization and analysis of the above, I raised the idea–that great academic leader is necessary. In Section III I defined versatile talent of science and technology, and analyzed its role in today's technology. The problem was analyzed in Chapter II, Chapter III. In the second chapter, from the perspective of the inherent quality of the science and technology, I analyzed the unique basic quality of great academic leader was analyzed that is also basis for versatile talent of science and technology. I believe that the intrinsic quality of great academic leader mainly includes a solid theoretical foundation of science and technology, technological innovation and valuable ideas, extraordinary science master's touch, and an important research team. In the third chapter I analyzed the leadership ability of great academic leader in this particular time in big science, in the context of this particular area . According to the characteristics of the modern scientific enterprise mentioned in the first chapter, I put forward that the six leaderships under the background of large scientific technology and analyzed them. These six capabilities are the scientific decision-making, control of the situation ability, organizational skills, selection and employment capacity, communication skills and the impact of capacity to inspire. In Chapter IV the problem was solved In this chapter. From the view of the big science, as for enhancing leadership training issues, three ways of cultivating were presented, which are formal theoretical training, practical job training, ongoing research study. |
