| Beijing began as “Ji” city in the spring and Autumn period.After more than 3000 years,it has a history of 800 years as a capital in the Liao,Jin,yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties.It is a famous historical and cultural city in China and a world-famous cultural heritage city.Beijing Xuanxi-Fayuansi historical and cultural essence area belonged to Xuannanfang in Beijing in the Qing Dynasty.It witnessed the development of modern Chinese culture and thought,leaving behind guild halls,temples,folk houses and other traditional buildings with unique history and culture.Since the founding of new China,the traditional neighborhoods in the old city of Beijing have experienced rapid architectural changes and gradually lost their style.Since 2017,the Beijing municipal government has put forward a series of policies for the restoration of the Historical city of Beijing,among which "restorative construction" is the guideline for the restoration of the traditional features of historical blocks.This paper takes the Caishikou west area,the pilot area of "restorative construction" in Xuanxi-Fayuansi historical and cultural essence area,as the main research object.From the perspective of traditional building restoration methods,it deeply investigates the development of the historical pattern of traditional buildings.After systematically combing the current situation of Caishikou west area,it analyzes its research value and the current situation of the block,Finally,the digital technology and methods used in "restorative construction" are summarized,and BIM Technology is used to form the component family model base and the workflow of traditional building restoration in Caishikou west area,and appropriate examples are selected for the application of digital technology.The paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part raises questions,expounds the research background,scope,purpose and significance of restorative construction in Xuanxi-Fayuansi historical and cultural essence area,the research status of historical blocks and digital technology in China,and explains the relevant concepts and research methods of the research.The second part analyzes the problems,studies the relevant contents of the protection of historical blocks at home and abroad,combs the development process of the protection theory of historical blocks at home and abroad,and summarizes the relevant practical cases of the protection of historical blocks at home and abroad.This paper expounds the historical data and information sources and digital analysis methods of Xuanxi-Fayuansi historical and cultural essence area,expounds the historical changes in chronological order,and excavates the connotation of local historical and cultural characteristics.The third part summarizes the problems,investigates the current situation of Xuanxi-Fayuansi historical and cultural essence area,introduces the application methods of digital technology in field surveying and mapping,and then analyzes the value of this area.According to the investigation results of the current situation,the situation of the blocks in Caishikou west area where restorative construction is implemented is analyzed in detail,and the classification of the repair grades of local buildings and courtyards is studied with examples,and the problems faced by the restoration of this area are obtained.The fourth part solves the problem,studies the restorative construction of Xuanxi-Fayuansi historical and cultural essence area,introduces the application method of digital technology in BIM construction,then summarizes the early stage of restorative construction,summarizes the objects,principles and methods of restorative construction,and makes the component family model library of restorative construction in Caishikou west area.Finally,taking No.15 West brick Hutong-Shenxian guild hall as an example,this paper expounds the working methods of restorative construction,and summarizes the information record form of restorative construction assisted by digital technology. |
