Social media platform is an ideal tool to post important information,which is not only convenient for dissemination,but also harmed by rumors.The impact of rumors will bring greater losses than the emergency itself,so it is necessary to suppress the spread of rumors in social media platforms in an effective way.However,different types of social media platforms have great differences in information communication characteristics,and there is no universal rumor refutation strategy.In order to enable enterprises to make better use of social media platforms for rumor governance,it is necessary to make clear the classification of social media platforms and the communication differences between different types of social media platforms,and put forward suggestions to improve the rumor refutation effect in line with the actual dissemination rules of social media platforms.Divide social media platforms into two types: strong-ties social media platform and weak-ties social media platform,studies their propagation evolution rules,and analyzes the communication differences of rumor refuting information between the two types of platforms.Firstly,we obtain the information diffusion data of weak-ties social media platform,observe the information spreading mode,analyze the relationship between the propagation mode and the propagation effect,and analyze the effect of user behavior and emotional factors on the spreading mode.Then,using the simulation method,this paper analyzes the propagation evolution law of strong-ties social media platform.Using multi-agent model and D-S evidence theory to establish a diffusion network,and using the control variable method to set up multiple groups of experiments,this paper analyzes the communication effect of rumor information in strong-ties social media platform.Then,combined with the research conclusions of the two types of social media platforms,the paper compares and analyzes the differences of rumor refutation effect between the two types of social media platforms,and makes clear the necessity of improving the rumor refutation effect of social media platforms.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for three types of enterprises related to social media platforms to optimize the effect of rumor refutation.The results show that in the weak-ties social media platform,the dissemination topology mode is mainly broadcast mode,the communication effect is related to the daily life rhythm of users,and the change of communication rate is close to the power-law distribution;the content emotion will affect the information spreading network topology structure,but will not significantly affect the characteristics of users' reposting behavior,and will not strengthen the influence of information propagation power.In strong-ties social media platform,the influence of rumor refutation information source node degree on the spread range is not significant.The stronger the randomness is,the shorter the fading period is.When the opinion of rumor refuting information is similar to the general opinion of users,can it be spread widely.In the process of rumor refuting,the social media platforms show strong ability in propaganda,but there are defects in user participation in reposting.The rumor popularity of strong-ties social media platform is more vulnerable to the influence of timeliness and quickly subsides.Preventive rumor refutation has a significant rumor suppression effect in weak-ties social media platform,and also weakens the enthusiasm of users' participating in rumor refutation.When the communication level of social media platform is maintained to a certain extent can the rumor refutation strategy greatly increase the proportion of rumor doubters.
