With the rapid development of urban construction,accidents of accidentally digging and breaking the underground cables by construction machinery frequently occur,which seriously affect the lives of residents and industrial and agricultural production.How to prevent the damage of underground cables by construction machinery is of great significance.This paper proposes an underground cable protection method based on vibration signal processing.According to the ground vibration signal when construction machinery is working,the protection and early warning of underground cables are realized.The main tasks of this subject are as follows:(1)Research on ground moving target recognition.This paper first analyzes the ground moving target recognition method based on zero-crossing analysis,and then proposes a target recognition algorithm based on LMD and multi-feature selection.The vibration signal is decomposed into several PF components through LMD decomposition,and each PF component is extracted.Features.FDR is used to rank the extracted features,the features with higher FDR are used as training samples,and the support vector machine is used to identify and classify the vibration signals.The effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation analysis and field tests.(2)Research on the location of ground vibration sources.This article first studies several methods of vibration source positioning,and selects the TDOA positioning model as the vibration source positioning method in this article,and analyzes the Newton iteration method and the direct solution method to solve the TDOA positioning model.In the experiment,the vibration propagation velocity was measured first,and then the vibration source location experiment was carried out.The direct method was used to solve the location information of the vibration source,which verified the effectiveness of the TDOA positioning model and analyzed the possible causes of positioning errors.(3)Development of underground cable protection devices based on vibration signals.In this paper,an underground cable protection device is designed.With STM32+FPGA as the control core,hardware design such as solar power supply system,signal amplifier circuit,and Internet of Things communication structure is carried out.The software design includes underground cable protection early warning mechanism design and vibration signal data.Structural design and Io T cloud platform design,developed control program,and carried out mechanical assembly and debugging,completed the prototype development of underground cable protection device.(4)Experimental test.This paper first uses LabVIEW to design the signal acquisition and display software interface,collects the vibration signals of different moving targets,and then conducts the equipment functional integrity experiment to verify the functional integrity and stability of the underground cable protection device and the Io T cloud platform.Subsequently,the ground moving target recognition algorithm was verified.The results show that the algorithm can effectively identify different moving target types.After testing,the underground cable protection device can identify different ground moving targets.When a dangerous moving target is detected,the The device will trigger an audible and visual alarm and upload dangerous information to the Io T cloud platform.
