At present,the process of urbanization is getting faster and faster,and a series of cities are experiencing the dilemma of "difficult urban governance".Under such a background,"Smart City" is proposed to meet the needs of the times.At present,through the advanced concept of "smart city",people begin to build the traditional park intelligently and devote themselves to building "Smart Park".At present,people begin to pay attention to the construction of "smart Park",which is also realized under the guidance of the concept of smart city.Smart park is based on the Internet plus technology and Internet of things technology,combined with advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence,cloud computing,big data,edge computing,and so on.Through monitoring,analysis and integration,the scattered data and information links in the park can be integrated into a fast response and high integration.The construction of "Smart Park" can improve the economic competitiveness of enterprises in the park,the agglomeration ability of various industries in the park and the sustainable development ability of enterprises in the park,and realize the fine management of the park.In order to meet the needs of park management,this paper studies and develops a smart park management system based on multi data fusion to realize the comprehensive and fine management of the park.The main research contents are as follows:1.Data acquisition and 3D modeling.According to the environment and terrain of the park,four rotor UAV is used to collect data.Firstly,the aerodynamics of the quadrotor UAV is analyzed,and the mathematical model of pitch angle and stability coefficient is established.Finally,the range of pitch angle to ensure the flight stability and accuracy of UAV is proposed.Then,the route planning is carried out according to the site of the park,and the map of the park is obtained by using tilt photography technology.Lastly,the collected images are modeled by 3D real scene,and then the original model is restored to obtain the accurate3 D scene of the park.2.Multi sensor information fusion.According to the characteristics of the sensor,the Internet of things technology is used to collect the data detected by the sensor,and then the boxplot is used for preprocessing.A weighted data fusion algorithm combining batch estimation theory and multi-sensor adaptive is proposed.The preprocessed data is fused,and the standard data evaluation index of Weber Fisher law is established and analyzed Then,based on fuzzy theory and AHP,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,and the final evaluation results are displayed on the park management system.3.Management system design.Study and analyze the demand and conditions of the park,and finally determine the overall architecture of the park system,and develop functional modules according to the overall architecture of the park.The main design modules include: real 3D loading,park information module,energy consumption analysis and control module,vehicle parking control module,video monitoring management module,environmental monitoring management module,etc.Visual studio 2017 is the system development platform and LocaSpace is the underlying development framework for software design;SQL language is used to design and develop local database of MySQL,and Win Form technology is used for system interface design.4.The system function is realized.The smart park management system is tested and implemented on the basis of comprehensive data,including the park system login function,park enterprise data management function,park monitoring management function and park environment control function.The system functions are debugged and run,and the system problems are repaired.This project carries out the research and application of intelligent park management system based on multi data fusion.The image data of the park is obtained by UAV aerial photography,the scene of the park is restored by image fusion and 3D reconstruction technology,and the real data of the park is obtained by the application of multi-sensor to monitor the real-time situation of the park.The design of the software system realizes the centralized and intelligent management of the park to solve the traditional park management process omissions and security problems.
