Content consumption product is a kind of entertainment experience product which was born in Web1.0 era and flourishes in Web2.0 era.Douyin,Xiaohongshu and Zhihu,as representatives of domestic online content consumption apps,have shown a trend of rapid development in recent years.Based on the ability of information dissemination in the Web3.0 era,online content consumption products have gained the love of netizens of all ages.However,in the era of content information inflation,on the one hand,the market review and supervision mechanism of content consumption is not perfect,resulting in the indiscriminate spread of negative emotional content,the quality of content consumption products are uneven,resulting in users' sense of emptiness and negative emotional experience after content consumption;On the other hand,content-oriented platforms are eager to carry out product commercialization development and high-frequency iteration of functions,resulting in poor user experience and low user viscosity.This study will take flow theory as the starting point to explore the demand factors of flow experience at each stage of network content consumption App users,and summarize the flow theory model and user experience design strategy of products,so as to carry out reasonable design practice of network content consumption App,and achieve the purpose of improving product experience and satisfaction.First of all,this thesis conducts literature research on flow experience and emotional experience of online content consumption App,establishes the prototype of flow theoretical model of online content consumption App,and establishes the measurement and evaluation mechanism of flow experience.Secondly,through the user survey,factor analysis and cluster analysis of online content consumption App,the flow theoretical model of online content consumption App is obtained based on the pre-attention layer,process experience layer,effect improvement layer and emotional reflection layer,and the micro problems and experimental hypotheses in the model factors are summarized.Then,BIOPAC(MP150)multichannel physiological instrument was used to collect EDA skin electrical activity and HRV data of 31 subjects,PAD emotion scale was used to collect emotional experience data of subjects,and SPSS26.0 was used to conduct factor variance analysis and significance test for data.The results showed that the participants' flow experience and emotional experience were superior to those of left and right text,above and below text,and pure picture.In the positive content tonality,participants' flow experience and emotional experience were influenced by the negative and neutral content tonality.The content form of video is more conducive to flow experience and positive emotional experience than text and text.Finally,the author summarizes the flow experience design strategy and user experience design principle of online content consumption App based on the literature research,user macro quantitative research and micro experimental research conclusions,and then carries out the design practice of interest aware App.This thesis studies the user experience design of content consumption App from the perspective of flow experience,outputs design strategies from macro and micro perspectives,and effectively improves the overall consumption experience of the product.
