Since China proposed the construction of ecological civilization,the connotation of ecological civilization has been continuously enriched,and the construction of ecological civilization has also been carried out throughout the country.The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core regards the construction of ecological civilization as an important part of the overall strategic layout.General Secretary Xi Jinping also has instructions on the relationship between people and ecological civilization to "not only green water and green mountains,but also golden mountains and silver mountains".At the beginning of 2018,the Xi'an Municipal Government identified the "Administrative Measures for the Classification of Domestic Waste in Xi'an" as a formal legislative project,and the "Administrative Measures" were officially implemented on September 1,2019,making specific provisions for the classification,collection,transportation,and disposal of domestic garbage in the city.On January 1,2021,the "Xi'an Municipal Domestic Waste Classification Management Regulations" were also officially implemented.This study from the perspective of journalism and communication,using the knowledge,concepts related to the diffusion of innovation theory,with the spread of xian city life garbage classification knowledge effect as the research object,from the communication effect of the cognitive and action three layers were analyzed,and then through the questionnaire investigation method and the author found the end of the daily to verify this hypothesis,Combined with the current development situation of Xi'an city and the characteristics of garbage classification knowledge dissemination,comprehensive analysis,put forward xi 'an garbage classification interpersonal communication has not been through,garbage classification knowledge is not clear,knowledge dissemination is not systematic and other shortcomings.Based on the questionnaire feedback and the opinions of professionals,the author puts forward the following suggestions based on the study: First,the communication subject should broaden the perspective of communication and try to use different communication skills to spread knowledge;Second,the dissemination of garbage classification knowledge should enrich the connotation of knowledge,reject the "short,flat and fast" dissemination mode,break up the garbage classification knowledge and spread it to xi 'an residents;Third,the dissemination of garbage classification knowledge should listen to the audience's voice,open up communication channels,and get feedback in time.Xi'an is a new first-line development city and the economic center of northwest China,playing a leading role in the construction of ecological civilization.But this study found that the spread of xi "an city life garbage classification knowledge effect is not ideal,people know about this policy,it is concluded that the current xi 'an residents for garbage classification have a" yes "" recognition","think it is a good thing but it's very trouble" "you won't waste classification" real ideas,but in determining how good the communication effect action level,Residents in Xi'an expressed negative attitudes,such as "I do not want to separate garbage,"and "garbage separation will be implemented only under strict laws."Xi'an living garbage classification difficult,difficult in residents understand,difficult in residents,this study analyzes the xi 'an life garbage classification knowledge from the source of the communication effect,and in the spread of the main body,content and target audience in sex advice some improvement was put forward,hope can be in xi 'an to provide reference on garbage classification knowledge dissemination.
