A-Learning:Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Training System Based On Multi-Terminal Integration Architecture

In this modern society,which is filled with fierce competition among enterprises,how to quickly improve the ability and work efficiency of employees has become the biggest challenge of enterprise internal training.Traditional offline teaching training costs high,and such a single learning and poor flexibility way can not meet the current enterprise demand for diverse talent.At present,the mainstream online training service systems that have been put into use by many enterprises often have problems of a monotonic platform and insufficient functions,which cannot meet the in-depth needs of users.By analyzing the offline training mode of enterprises and studying the existing online training system,this paper constructed a new learning platform "Anytime-Learning"(A-Learning for short).This system is a flexible and simple online training system tailored to the actual needs of users.It can get rid of the constraints of learning time and place,simplify the previous complex training process,and realize a variety of learning methods through cross-platform.The system adopts the front and back end separation architecture,and the front end adopts vue.js Web end framework and Flutter mobile end framework.The Graphviz,D3 and other tools are used for data visualization.The back end adopts MVC architecture,My Batis,Spring Boot and other frameworks,and collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm recommendation is used in the business logic involving recommendation.System clients include Android and IOS mobile phone clients,Wechat official account clients,and PC browser clients to facilitate login by users with different roles.System functions mainly include data network school management and automatic examination system.The data network school management includes announcement/activity management,course management,student management,administrator management,attendance management and other modules.Automatic examination system includes online examination,automatic marking,examination data analysis and visualization functions.After trial operation and several iterations,A-Learning platform has been put into operation in CDHK College of Tongji University.Students can conduct online learning,online exams and realtime visual feedback on the platform,which has good feedback from students.The platform has the advantages of running across multiple-platforms and all kinds of system functions targeted at users' pain points,which will provide many enterprises and units a better effect,lower cost and more diversified internal training solution.
