Knowledge space theory provides an effective way to construct a knowledge evaluation system.Formal concept analysis is a powerful tool for knowledge discovery. There is an inextricable link between knowledge space theory and formal concept analysis.Knowledge space theory is used to assess learners' knowledge and to guide future learning.Currently, the construction of accurate knowledge structures is one of the key research questions of knowledge space theory. With the introduction of skill cognitive levels, there is a lot of interest in how to construct knowledge structures based on the relationship between items and skills and to assess knowledge and guide learning. In formal context,it is not only possible to quickly construct knowledge structures by solving concepts, but also to further evaluate and guide learners' knowledge. Therefore, this paper links skill maps, skill functions and formal contexts, discusses the methods of constructing knowledge structures through three models, and gives the methods of finding learning paths under the three models. This paper mainly studies the following aspects. The first chapter introduces the background and current research status of this thesis, and introduces the main research work and basic knowledge. The second chapter firstly establishes the connection between skill map and formal context, and constructs knowledge structure using operators ?,?.Secondly,in order to reduce the time complexity of constructing the knowledge structure,a skill reduction method based on the disjunctive model is given to keep the base invariant. Then,in order to accurately assess learners' skills and effectively guide learning, the concept of well-formed skill map is proposed, and the methods of skills assessment and finding learning paths are further presented based on both conjunctive and disjunctive models. At the same time, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed methods are illustrated through experiments. The third chapter firstly establishes the connection between skill functions and formal contexts, and uses attribute-oriented concepts to construct knowledge structures. Then, the concept of well-formed skill function is proposed, the well-formedness conditions of skill function are given, and the algorithm to obtain well-formed skill function is designed. Then, based on the competence model of skill function, the methods of skills assessment and finding learning paths are given. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed methods are illustrated through experiments.
