With the development of electronic process,many embedded devices are applied to our daily life.In addition,with the development of cryptography,more and more cryptographic algorithms are applied to these embedded devices to produce cryptographic devices to protect the privacy of users,and the most important thing in the device is the key.The security of cryptographic devices is often related to our information security,so it has also aroused the widespread concern of researchers in the society.Although many cryptographic algorithms are already quite secure at the mathematical level,they are often vulnerable to Side-Channel Analysis at the physical level.The Side-Channel Analysis uses the embedded encryption device in our hands to reveal the information related to the operation instruction and operation data in the process of running the built-in encryption algorithm to analyze the key in the device so as to achieve the purpose of attacking the key.This thesis focuses on the Side-Channel Analysis in block ciphers.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:First,this thesis introduces the theoretical knowledge of Side-Channel Analysis,the categories of Side-Channel Analysis and the traditional Side-Channel Analysis method,and takes Advance Encryption Standard in block cipher as an example to introduce its encryption principle,analyzes and studies the traditional template attack,and focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in template attack,then creatively proposes a new template-like attack method based on SVM/HMM hybrid model.This method effectively solves the singular matrix problem faced by the covariance matrix,and improves the efficiency and accuracy of Side-Channel Analysis.Secondly,this thesis introduces the traditional feature extraction methods such as SOD,PCA and CPA,and proposes a new feature extraction method,which can obtain the best feature point position by adding attack points.In the experiment,this method is compared with the traditional feature extraction method,and it is proved that this method can effectively extract the effective information in the side channel signal.At the same time,this thesis applies Long Short-Term Memory network to the Side-Channel Analysis and combines with new feature extraction methods,and innovatively proposes a SideChannel Analysis method based on LSTM cyclic neural network.The experimental results show that compared with other neural network models,the LSTM recurrent neural network Side-Channel Analysis method achieves the best performance in terms of attack accuracy and the number of energy traces.Finally,this thesis also makes experiments on the masking AES-128 algorithm on the open data set,and successfully attacks using the new Side-Channel Analysis method proposed in this thesis,which proves the effectiveness of this method in the Side-Channel Analysis of the masquerading AES-128 cryptographic algorithm.
