In the period of mass tourism,China's tourism industry is still in a period of good development opportunities,and there are new characteristics of high-quality growth.China's tourism industry has implemented the development policy of "shaping tourism with culture and highlighting culture with tourism",and actively urged the further development of cultural industry and tourism.The tourist materials of Chinese museums are relatively rich,but there are still many differences compared with countries with good development of museum tourism due to factors such as management mechanism,operation mode and service innovation.At present,the research on museum experience in Chinese academic circles is relatively thin,and there are few data on experience research using ASEB grid analysis method.Taking Ordos Museum as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth study according to ASEB grid analysis method in the current post epidemic period,systematically grasps the main factors affecting tourists' experience in the development and construction of Ordos Museum,explores its existing problems and puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures,so as to drive the rapid development of Ordos Museum tourism and enhance the exchanges of all ethnic groups,It has certain practical significance and academic value.This paper studies and sorts out the theories related to museum tourism and tourism experience at home and abroad,and makes a detailed discussion and induction on the research of tourism experience at home and abroad from the aspects of motivation,type and mode.Taking Ordos Museum as an example,this paper introduces the construction and development of Ordos Museum,and carries out research methods such as field investigation,network questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and SPSS.It makes a detailed statistical analysis of tourists' expectations before tourism,satisfaction after experience and tourism follow-up behavior,and grasps the tourists' experience evaluation of the museum,Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: the tourists of Ordos Museum are highly satisfied with the exhibition experience,the growth of cultural knowledge and popular science education,and are not satisfied with the interactive experience,characteristic activities,service and management of the museum.According to the relevant theoretical knowledge and the analysis results of ASEB matrix,in view of the current situation of tourist experience and the opportunities and challenges faced by Ordos Museum,the author puts forward countermeasures in terms of service management,experience projects,cultural and creative products and resource integration,in order to improve internal management,increase experience participation projects,strengthen digital display of science and technology,develop green and low-carbon products Strengthen brand publicity and other ways to improve the experience satisfaction of visitors to Ordos Museum.
