In industrial product design,the cost is usually reduced by standardizing the management of standard parts,purchased parts and self-made parts and improving the efficiency of reuse in design and procurement.Purchased standard parts or OEM(original)parts account for a large proportion of the total parts.Siemens Industrial Software is developing a cloud-based product catalog parts service,which is committed to integrating parts suppliers with multiple OEM catalogs to provide a more convenient and quick way to find and use them.In the outline of the 14 th five-year Plan,it is proposed to strengthen digital transformation and build a high-speed ubiquitous,integrated,interconnected,secure and efficient information infrastructure to enhance data perception,transmission,storage and computing capabilities.Therefore,the research on catalog integration of local scattered and different standards components in the cloud platform has theoretical significance and industrial application value.The thesis will take the scattered parts of Siemens Industrial Software,NX as the research object.The overall research is divided into two parts.The first part is the research,analysis and processing of the data to be integrated into catalogs.The first is the data acquisition.What needs to be done is to obtain the metadata of a part of the NX local database.In this thesis,three common crawler algorithms are studied,and the applicable scenarios are analyzed,and finally the focus network algorithm is selected.Then there is the classification and processing of the data features,the data catalog integration needs to be based on the corresponding features,all the features cannot be classified,and the features have different priorities.The attention mechanism of the neural network algorithm is studied here,which is used to classify and cut the features.In the second part the process of directory integration based on cloud platform are studied.Based on the corresponding processing of metadata,the metadata harvesting method of infrastructure,the integration method of directory registration interface of heterogeneous architecture,and cloud computing Paa S algorithm are studied.In the process of cutting,it is necessary to classify the data features,make integration methods for different structures of data,and make choices according to the actual experimental results,which is completed based on the first part.After the cutting mode is determined,the metadata registration method is analyzed,and the XML registration method is selected for application.Then borrow the development results of NX’s Cloud Catalog project,borrow its CVM to store data,edit metadata,integrate the directory,and interface with NX reuse library through API interface.The verification of data calls is verified by a third party to ensure the security of the data.In addition,the application scenario needs to be analyzed.The thesis aims at the reuse libraries of industrial development software NX,as well as related suppliers,so the unit system needs to be modified first,then the data is obtained from the cloud platform,and then experiments are carried out.Finally,the results are analyzed,the scheme is adjusted,and a conclusion is drawn to complete the docking between the software and the cloud platform.This thesis mainly studies the catalog integration mode of product catalog components based on cloud platform,and applies it to the actual software,which saves the management cost effectively.Because the product data is based on the cloud platform,the technical difficulty is increased.But it can also be considered as a trend of manufacturing globalization.
