| Different from conventional signal analysis,the dynamic signal analyzer(DSA)can provide analysis in depth of the rotating machinery,noise and vibration,acoustic,fault diagnosis,structural and model analysis within time/frequency/amplitude domain.The thesis shows a design of DSA software including each functional module and GUI.The software supports five analysis modes for FFT,Octave,Order,Correlation and Histogram.And it has the characteristics of multi-channel,multi-mode,multi-parameter and multi window to fill the practical application.The main work of thesis is as follows:1?Demand analysis of dynamic signal analyzer test software.According to the four channels and five working modes supported by the instrument,the general and differential attributes of the test software under each mode are analyzed,the loose coupling design of software and hardware is realized,and the key function of the instrument panel is unified.2?Instrument control function and multi-threaded synchronization design.Define the command parameter package to realize the data interaction between software and hardware and the control of the instrument working state;Complete multi-threaded design and data synchronization between sub threads to realize real-time analysis and display of data graphics.3?Various dimensional and calibration systems design.Realize the quantitative analysis of data and provide correct dimensions for different types of data results to express their practical significance.4?An algorithm for analyzing dynamic signals and file management function design.Including FFT analysis,auto/cross power spectrum,frequency response,coherence,auto/cross-correlation,histogram,PDF(probability density function)and CDF(cumulative probability function);Supports basic file operations,such as accessing,importing or exporting test results in various formats.5?Design of graphic user interface of DSA.Design the templated information bar and multi-level menu bar for different working modes,adopt single/double display as layout,supports linear,logarithmic,d B,polar coordinate and others;The multi-channel data results are drawn in the form of point/line or histogram,which can realize the flexible display of test results.6?Testing and verification.It is determined that all functions of the dynamic signal analyzer software have been realized.The data analysis,processing and display functions under different modes are relatively perfect,and a good human-computer interaction experience has been achieved. |
