| Scholarly literature is not only a presentation carrier for researchers’ scientific research activities,but also the source and cornerstone of the forward change and development of scientific research and innovation activities.Exploring more scientific and reasonable evaluation methods for the academic influence of Scholarly literature can meet the needs of scientific research management institutions for the evaluation of scientific research results and academic quality,and create a healthy atmosphere conducive to stimulating knowledge innovation and talent growth;Provide reference basis for the retrieval,sorting and recommendation of scholarly literature databases,thereby improving the quality of academic literature retrieval services,and assisting researchers in identifying important influential literature.The traditional citation analysis method gives equal importance to any single citation,ignoring the difference in the contribution of different importance documents to the influence of a document when citing a document,which leads to the potential bias of the influence evaluation.In order to solve this problem,based on the ideas of ranking the importance of Internet pages such as Page Rank and HITS,this research is based on the influence communication mechanism of academic citation phenomena,the time-effective mechanism,and the behavior mechanism of citation selection under the conditions of rational decisionmaking by authors.Design a model of academic influence of scholarly literature based on ImpactRank.Furthermore,to overcome the limitation of the average distribution mechanism of the traditional Page Rank method in the spread of node influence,incorporate the heterogeneous contribution of cited documents to the cited documents,and design an improved ImpactRank model.On the basis of the ImpactRank model design,the Wo S journal literature and citation data in the economics field are used as data samples,and the improved ImpactRank model of the heterogeneous contribution of the cited literature to the cited literature is used as the method evaluation target.Whether to delete circuits,whether to enable virtual nodes,whether to process the heterogeneous initial influence vector based on the publication time of the literature,whether to introduce the citation time enhancement matrix,whether to include the cited literature to the heterogeneous contribution of the cited literature and other model parameters.Based on the evaluation method of citation frequency,the Page Rank method,the basic ImpactRank model and the improved ImpactRank model,comprehensive experiments are carried out,the evaluation data results are systematically compared and analyzed,and the sensitivity and power law of related models are tested.Through the three-dimensional analysis,the research conducts a comprehensive and in-depth evaluation of the effectiveness and scientificity of the ImpactRank model idea in measuring the influence of scholarly literature.Based on the impact evaluation of scientific and technological literature based on ImpactRank,this study introduces a social network analysis method,using the ImpactRank score of scholarly literature as the weight of the heterogeneity of the citing social network nodes,based on the heterogeneous contribution of the included cited documents to the cited documents.The citation weight matrix of,propagates the node weights,and obtains the heterogeneous edge weights of the citation social network,thereby constructing a node-weighted and edge-weighted directed citation social network that is different from the direct citation network.On the basis of this network,First,carry out the overall measurement of the network and the centrality measurement of the literature nodes to provide a diversified presentation beyond ImpactRank for the impact evaluation of scholarly literature.Secondly,conduct community discovery on the network,and review related methods and communities based on direct citation networks,Page Rank citation networks,etc.Discover methods for visual comparative analysis.A comprehensive comparative analysis of the experimental results shows that,compared with the traditional citation frequency analysis method,the ImpactRank model and the improved ImpactRank model of the heterogeneous contribution of the included cited documents to the cited documents fully consider the weight propagation mechanism of the citation relationship,publication time and The impact mechanism of citation time on the influence of literature is more scientific and rigorous in the impact evaluation of scholarly literature;Citation social network analysis based on ImpactRank overcomes the limitations of the homogeneous edge weight and undirected graph processing of traditional citation network analysis,and can be improved It accurately depicts the topic distribution of the sample subject areas,and can also provide a multi-dimensional view beyond ImpactRank for the impact evaluation of scholarly literature. |
