The Application Research Of Social Network Analysis Methods In Evaluation Of Standard Literature

In the modern era, the importance of standards has become increasingly prominent, the standard reflects the economy, technology and production levels in the country. Standard literature as an important carrier and manifestation, is an important source of information science and technology researchers developing new products and improvement of old products, to understand the situation of national development.Thus, mining the intrinsic relationship and law between standard literatures become more and more important. To solve this problem, this paper used the social network analysis method to study of standard literature, designed to provide reference basis for users and standard setters.This paper mainly studied the standard literature citation network and similarity network. Through the analysis of the standard literature citation network, found that the majority of small components, contact is not tight enough, the values of in-degree and out-degree are small. Therefore the standard literature cited intensity need to further strengthen. In order to better measure the importance of the standard literature,this paper introduced PageRank algorithm into the standard literature citation network,the problems existing in the algorithm to be improved, and presented StandardRank algorithm, and verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. Through the analysis of the standard literature similarity network, can achieve clustering standard literature, similarity large between the standard literature clustered into one group,when the user retrieve can provide related recommendations. Through centrality analyzing, can also be found the standard literature with more similar standard literatures, and further analyzed the cause of their similar.At the end of this paper, the drafting unit of standard literatures were analyzed,specifically analyzed the cooperation relationship between the drafting unit and its importance evaluation, it was found that between the drafting unit need to further expand the scope of cooperation and strengthen cooperation frequency.
