| Just as the motor is the carrier of technological transformation in the industrial age,the Internet is the decisive technology in the information age.With the development of the digital economy and the advent of the 5G age,the technological application of the interconnection of all things will promote the wider public's use of the Internet.In the application and development of the Internet,there are compatibility phenomena such as the coexistence of netizens and non-netizens,uneven levels of regional Internet development,and network security issues.How to guide the transformation of non-netizens into netizens,lower network security risks,guide netizens to surf the Internet in a standard manner from the perspective of the public themselves,and give full play to the network dividends are subjects that need attention in promoting the development of the digital economy at present.The public and individuals' use of the Internet is decided by many factors such as technical cognition,living environment,education level,individual income,etc.Meanwhile,the use of the Internet is different from the one-dimensional communication mode of traditional media,its use behavior,use purpose,use effect and audience feedback mechanism are all decided by multi-dimensional factors.In this paper,to deeply explore the internal influencing factors of the public's use of the Internet and grasp the context of Internet development,based on CGSS data of2011-2017,a diachronic analysis of Internet use was carried out,models were established and hypotheses were proposed by clarifying the dependent and independent variables of Internet use behavior,and correlation and regression analysis methods were used to analyze and verify each variable to judge whether the variable has an impact on the use of the Internet.In the end,the grey theory was used to establish a GM(1,1)prediction model to predict the future development trend of the public's use of the Internet and the market share of Internet media.Through research,it was found that there is a complementary relation between the public and the use of the Internet: First,the public's use of the Internet is affected by many social and demographic factors,such as age,income,health level,education level,and privacy.Second,with the vigorous development of Internet technology,social activities on mobile Internet are increasingly developed into a mainstream method.It is expected that the market share of the Internet will reach about 90% in2027,becoming the top 1 powerful media used by the public.Third,the public solves their own problems by learning,collecting,storing,and using information,and obtains improvement in self-efficacy and value.Then the public will also react to the Internet,they may spend more energy on the use of the Internet,which will enhance the degree of use and stickiness of the Internet,and promote the rapid development of the Internet.To promote the construction of network civilization,create a healthy network environment,promote the healthy development of the Internet,and improve user satisfaction and stickiness,we should make changes from the public themselves,Internet operators and the government: citizens should improve their media literacy,actively adapt to the social environment of "Internet +";Internet operators should constantly optimize media services to improve user satisfaction and formulate corresponding industry rules to regulate the development direction and path of the Internet;the government should constantly improve the construction of network infrastructure,enhance publicity and education on the Internet,establish and improve the legal protection system,strive to provide the public with better network services,improve the public's use experience of the Internet,make better use of the Internet's strengths,enhance the public's feedback mechanism,increase the effective interaction between the public and the Internet,and boost the benign and healthy development of the Internet. |
