Research On Government Document Knowledge Organization And Visualization In Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region From The Perspective Of Digital Humanities

Today,with the rapid development of science and technology,traditional archives management,due to certain limitations,cannot realize the association between archives resources and explore the potential knowledge contained therein.In this context,digital humanities provides a new data-driven knowledge production paradigm for the development of archives resources with the help of digital technology.It plays an important role in promoting the integration and deep utilization of digital resources content.Red archives resources development and utilization has important economic value,political value,education value,of which the shaanxi-gansu-ningxia border region government documents as the border region government official documents,truthfully recorded during the Anti-Japanese War and the liberation war,the communist party of China leads people in the border region political,economic and cultural construction,is an important red archives resources.For the development and utilization of the shaanxi-gansu-ningxia border region government documents,existing databases can only perform title or title retrieval,but in terms of the function of the database,can realize the title or title retrieval,function is relatively single,for sending and receiving government documents not intuitive,visual,Even less conducive to the rich internal facts,data and knowledge it contains.Based on this,this thesis in the perspective of digital humanities,archives value theory,development and utilization of archives resources theory and ontology theory as the foundation,analysis the shaanxi-gansu-ningxia border region government document resources of knowledge organization and the visualization demand and value,put forward the digital humanities horizon,the shaanxi-gansu-ningxia border region government document knowledge organization and the framework of visual ideas,The empirical research of ontology model and knowledge map construction is also carried out.Through a large number of literature research and sorting to master the research status,this study defines and discusses the concepts of digital humanities,red archives,government affairs archives,knowledge organization and other related concepts,and discusses the theoretical basis of knowledge organization of government documents and archives in border regions.In the development and utilization of government documents in the border region,the need for knowledge organization and visualization is clarified,the objectives and construction principles of knowledge organization and visualization of government documents in the border region are expounded,and the analysis framework of knowledge organization and visualization of government documents in the border region is put forward.On this basis,ontology is constructed for government documents in shaanxi-gansu-ningxia border region.As an effective method to realize knowledge organization of archive resources,ontology can realize reasonable classification and semantic association of government documents and archive resources in shaanxi-gansu-ningxia border region.Given the field has not been found reusable red archives resources ontology,this paper reference ontology seven steps to build ontology,Stanford university set up the border region government document category of ontology and its relationship,analysis class' s attributes and constraints,and use the Protege tool building as an example,in the border region government documents resource structure foundation knowledge map construction.After realizing the description and disclosure of government document resources in the border region from the organizational level through ontology construction,the visualized knowledge map of government document archive resources in shaanxi-gansu-ningxia border region is constructed.Firstly,a knowledge atlas model of red archive resources is designed.Secondly,relevant experimental data sources were introduced,and the current mainstream Neo4 j graph database was used for instance analysis,so as to construct and visually display the knowledge map of red archive resources,and carry out the application research and knowledge mining of the knowledge map.Through the instance of the shaanxi-gansu-ningxia border region government documents,by extracting red archives resources the important concept of multi-dimensional analysis,data attributes and the relationship between the red archives ontology model building,and the visual display red archives resources knowledge mapping and knowledge mining,to guide the archives institutions develop red archives resources has a certain reference and reference value,It is helpful to deeply reveal the connotation of red archives,excavate the value of resources,improve the utility of resources,and provide operational guidance for data organization and knowledge discovery of red archives resources.
