Under the background of Digital Humanities, the continuous emergence of new technologies has added infinite possibilities to the research of humanities.Based on this background,a variety of Digital Humanities means have provided more abundant research paradigms for domestic humanities researchers. This is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for the construction of Digital Humanities. For opportunities, first, the ‘digital technology' involved in the research of Digital Humanities is no longer just a means of ‘formal process' that carries data analysis tools and content processing procedures, but a platform of ‘multi-dimensional content' that contains a variety of humanistic values;second, the development of Digital Humanities provides scholars with more regularity, differentiation According to these clues of technology, method and idea, humanities researchers can further develop their academic potential, expand their academic boundaries and ‘re outline'the ‘discipline outline' in the field of humanities research. As for the challenges, first, digital human technology has not been popularized in the whole range of human researchers.Limited by the lack of scientific research conditions of some humanities research institutions or personal factors such as the digital technology ability of humanities researchers, there are still some humanities scholars' unclear understanding of Digital Humanities, which limits the popularity of Digital Humanities in the whole staff;secondly, the internal resources of Digital Humanities tools need to be enriched.Although the functional experience of many products of Digital Humanities has reached a very high level, the content and content of its resources are far from enough for the needs of scholars in the broad field of humanities research.Although there are some twists and turns in the development of Digital Humanities, its future is bright.Archives institutions should also conform to the development trend of subject technology, adjust the focus of work, take the majority of humanities research groups as the guide, and establish long-term incentivestrategies to promote the sustainable development of humanities researchers using digital archives collection. In this paper, the author combs the relevant literature about the behavior motivation and incentive measures of domestic researchers in the perspective of Digital Humanities, summarizes the research hot spots of Digital Humanities and archives user behavior at home and abroad, and envisages the gap between theory and practice. In order to further grasp the root of the gap between theory and practice, the author uses literature survey, grounded theory, questionnaire survey and data analysis to study the behavior of human researchers using digital archives collection. The specific steps are as follows:(1)Through reading a large number of documents and sorting out the relevant concepts and theories, this paper defines the concept of Digital Humanities, grounded theoretical methods and S-O-R model theory, and discusses the theory of behavior motivation.(2)Using the method of grounded theory, through interviews with some humanities researchers,we can get the text data needed for the research, and use grounded theory to make qualitative analysis of the text data, and finally use the results to complete the construction of the model of influencing factors of humanities researchers' using archives collection behavior. This paper explains the five factors and the relationship among them, which are personal factor,Digital Humanities attribute, product technology factor, participation mode factor and environment factor, respectively, and summarizes the specific content of some interviews about the research content.(3)Using the methods of questionnaire survey and data analysis, the item design of the questionnaire mainly comes from the hypothesis model variables obtained from the qualitative research.Through the processing and analysis of the data collected by the questionnaire, the validity of the model is tested, and the model is optimized reasonably. After analyzing the data, the author comes to the conclusion that "gender","age","product technology factor","participation mode factor","environment factor" and "personal factor" all have significant influence on the adoption of Digital Humanities by humanities scholars.Based on these, the author establishes the incentive system for the use of digital archives collection behavior by the reference of the comprehensive incentive model structure, and puts forward the corresponding incentive strategies. Finally, the author puts forward the limitations of the research on sample size and model construction and incentive research, and looks forward to the further research in the future from three aspects: establishing a more systematic learning system of Digital Humanities, further developing interdisciplinary cooperation and promoting the incentive mechanism of Digital Humanities achievements,so as to look forward to the future research on digital archives collection resources of Chinese humanities research groups It is helpful to use behavior research to really close the distance between Digital Humanities and humanities research groups.
