With the development of infrared technology,infrared guided weapons have been widely used in the military field,and research on cutting-edge stealth and camouflage technologies has become a focus of research in the military field by countries all over the world.As one of the important camouflage equipment,model and simulate the infrared radiation characteristics of the camouflage nets to evaluate its infrared camouflage effect,which has great practical significance for the development and application of the camouflage nets.Therefore,this paper has carried out research on a certain vegetation type thermal infrared camouflage net,established the temperature field model and the infrared radiation model of the camouflage target,and modeled and simulated the temperature field and infrared radiation characteristics of the camouflage net in different seasons and different times.The specific research content is as follows:First,considering the complex geometric structure and heat transfer process of the camouflage net,a simplified method for the geometry and heat transfer model of the camouflage net is established.On this basis,the heat transfer relationship between the camouflage target,the terrain background and the environment is analyzed.Besides,this paper considered the influence of camouflage net transparentness on camouflage target surface temperature,established a temperature calculation model for the camouflage target and the terrain background.Based on the requirements of model verification,an external field test was designed.Through comparison with the experimental data measured by the experiment,the accuracy of the simplified model of the camouflage net and the temperature model of the camouflage target is verified and the cause of the error is analyzed.Secondly,the self-radiation,reflected radiation and atmospheric transmission characteristics of the camouflage target and the terrain background were studied,and the influence of the visibility of the camouflage network on the infrared radiation of the vehicle was considered,and the infrared radiation calculation model was established.The accuracy of infrared radiation model was verified by comparison with the experimentally measured infrared radiation data.Eventually,using the point-source detection and infrared radiation model,this paper studied the radiation temperature of the camouflage target and the terrain background in different seasons and different times in 8-14?m band.Then,the average radiation temperature difference is less than 4K as the standard,and the infrared camouflage effect of the studied camouflage net is quantitatively analyzed and evaluated.The research results show that the simplified method of camouflage net established in this paper is more reasonable,and the temperature field and infrared radiation model established are more accurate.The grasslandtype thermal infrared camouflage net studied can achieve good infrared camouflage effects in spring,summer and autumn.The simplified model and research results of the camouflage net established in this paper can provide certain theoretical support for the development of the camouflage net.
