With the wide application of various kinds of high-tech,the detection methods in battlefield become increasingly diversified,which make the demand of high quality camouflage become more and more urgent.Digital camouflage can meet this demand and has become a hot spot in camouflage research.Digital camouflage has fuzzy,broken edge and strong stereo,level sense,so that it is easier to simulate natural scenes and has a better camouflage performance.In this thesis,the main research focuses on two parts which are the digital camouflage texture design and the camouflage optimization on the basis of camouflage effect evaluation feedback.(1)Based on the theoretical knowledge and the actual print process of digital camouflage,a new design method of digital camouflage contour textures in the basis of background segmentation and overlapping spot templates is proposed.First,according to the requirements of military standards,the spot template configuration scheme is summarized,as to establish a spot templates database.Then,by using this database and the contour line of the background,a pattern templates combination algorithm based on the heuristic algorithm is put forwards to generate digital camouflage contour textures.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can not only improve the efficiency of digital camouflage design,but also can ensure the consistency between camouflage texture and background texture.(2)As an important part of the digital camouflage research,digital camouflage effect evaluation can not only judge the quality of a camouflage design scheme byevaluate its camouflage effect,but also can be a feedback to the camouflage design scheme,in order to optimize the camouflage pattern and makes it has a better performance.Based on "Space Color-blending" theory and the visual sensitivity of human's eyes to a large area with the same color,this thesis presents a same color ratio feature of digital camouflage,and takes it as an evaluation index to evaluate the digital camouflage contour texture we designed before.According to the evaluation results,we optimize the camouflage contour texture by using the small templates in the spottemplates database to obtain the final digital camouflage pattern.Comparativeexperiments show that the optimized digital camouflage pattern has more excellent performance.
