Complicated procurement process and a large number of contract orders exist in bank procurement projects.In the actual execution process,there are problems such as insufficient expenditure planning and prediction,unclear procurement plans and insufficient contract details,etc.,making it difficult for the bank management department to fully grasp the procurement process,which seriously affects the operating costs of the bank.In order to maintain the healthy development of the bank,it is necessary to establish a mature procurement project database management system.Therefore,from the perspective of improving the bank procurement project database system,the design and implementation of the bank procurement project database management system are carried out.According to the demand of bank procurement project database management system,the system is divided into homepage module,budget management module,project database module,goods project database module,service project database module,statistical analysis module,achievement display module and setting module.Use Redis to cache hot data in the home page module;In the budget management module,the project prediction model was built to assist the accounting and financial department to make scientific decisions based on the prediction of a future short-term expenditure plan.The SHA-1 message summary algorithm is used in the project database management module to solve the problem of repeated file uploading.The Rabbit MQ was used to share the data platform in the achievement display module.In the statistical analysis module,use the Fine Port for data statistics and report generation;In the setting module,the BCrypt algorithm is used to encrypt the password.In addition,the Spring Security framework and RBAC rights management framework and other technologies are used to build the bank procurement project database management system.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of expenditure planning and the needs of procurement business,the use of data analysis technology to the expenditure planning needs to solve the amount of expenditure and specific time problems were studied,mainly divided into three stages: First,collect the information of the main relevant tables in the procurement project database;Then,the collected information is preprocessed,including data cleaning and data set partition.The self-help method is used to divide the data set into training set and test set.The BP neural network and the Elman neural network algorithm are used to train the purchasing expenditure in the expenditure planning stage respectively,and the mean square error values of the two algorithms in the training stage are compared,and finally the Elman network algorithm is selected as the better one.The Elman network is used to forecast the test set data,and the average relative error between the network output and the real procurement expenditure obtained by data analysis and calculation is 5.53%.The experimental results show that the Elman neural network algorithm can predict the trend of expenditure planning in a short time well,which has a certain practical significance.It provides meaningful reference data for the bank to choose the project expenditure of the purchase plan.Through the design and implementation of the bank's procurement management business,the bank's procurement project library management system has been built and put into operation in Nanjing Branch of the People's Bank of China,and has been affirmed by the users of relevant units.Therefore,the research results have certain significance for the internal project management of the bank.
