With the number of information of technology innovation platform increasing, the case ofinformation overload will become more and more serious. In order to meet the needs of reality,the commercial operation mode is introduced in cloud computing platform. When cloudresources provided as a service, the problem of underlying resource pricing needs to be solvedurgently.According to the economic characteristics of cloud computing, the operation process ofcurrency transaction in commercial bank system is borrowed. Combining with game theory,the cloud bank model as a third party can be used to guarantee the activities in an orderlymanner. Firstly, cloud computing needs are analyzed and the characteristics of computingresources are described in detail. Based on comparison of existing computation resourcespricing strategy between cloud computing and economics, it suggests that the application ofeconomics theory is feasible in cloud computing. Secondly, the concept, development andframe structure of cloud bank model is defined. The operation mode of resources is describedas well as the specific resource transaction process, and resources sharing system mechanismand pricing strategy is discussed in this paper.Based on the analysis above, the operation cycle of the cloud bank is divided into twostages by the characteristics of the cloud bank resources transaction, namely initial stage andsteady stage, corresponding to two kinds of pricing strategy. There is a Cournot pricingstrategy is used in the initial stage, while Stakelberg pricing strategy in stable stage, whichmakes users benefit most. Then, optimal deposit-loan ratio model is introduced in pricingstrategy to update resource price to maximize the profit of resource providers, resourceconsumers and cloud bank, and the algorithm of CPU and DISK is given.Finally, the architecture computing is introduced. The pricing strategy above can besimulated by CloudSim. The results show that the resource pricing strategy based onStackelberg under cloud bank model can maximize profit of cloud bank and users. To a certainextent, this technology can improve the efficiency of the platform, and has practical value tothe design of a real platform.
