Design And Implementation Of Report Data Processing App Based On Industrial Internet Platform

With the development of Internet,manufacture is changing from digitization to networking.However,the traditional reporting tools tend to customize specific business and costs much,which can not meet the changing needs of manufacture.Therefore,it is important to develop new reporting tools with high scalability and flexibility.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background and development process of production report,and puts forward the research content and significance of this paper.Then it analyzes the functional and non functional requirements of the report data processing app,and makes the overall design of the app.According to the layer architecture design,the app is divided into presentation layer,platform adaptation layer,service layer and database,and designed as functional modules.Then,on the basis of the overall design,the presentation layer page is based on the React and Ant design framework,the platform adaptation layer is based on the data acquisition module around OPC UA protocol and the data modeling module based on object model,and the service layer.is based on the Spring boot framework,Aviator engine and Quartz framework.Then,the app is tested according to the functional and non functional tests.The results show that the app function is complete,the business process is perfect,the performance meets the requirements,the overall test results are good,and the application results of the app are displayed.Finally,it summarizes the main achievements and personal contributions of this paper,and puts forward possible ways to improve the shortcomings of app.The main innovation of this paper is to combine the functional modules of the industrial Internet platform,configure the data in the form of configuration,and convert the report configuration into specific data with the help of the general data processing module of the service layer and the data modeling module of the platform,so as to realize the high scalability and flexibility of report data processing.
