The Design And Realization Of Cooperative Office System Of Hebei Port Group

Hebei Port Group company is located in the Bohai area of China.The company has its own strategies which are making good overall planning,cooperating with both near and far institutions,rational exploitation and protection.With all these strategies,the company becomes one of the leaders in stated-owned enterprises.In recent years,with more and more industrial production and international trade,the company has growth in both amount and type of business.In such case,conventional office procedures are no more appropriate for the real-time requirements.The low efficiency of cooperation between departments becomes one of the major problem for the development of the company.When the company becomes bigger and bigger,the desire of building new office models and techniques is getting stronger.Our company needs to design a full cooperation office system to increase the working efficiency,which can better serve to the transportation business.It will make the company take full use of the source of Bohai sea and grape the opportunities in both domestic and international.This dissertation starts from introducing the history of office system and Hebei port,and analyze the development tendency of office system.Then based on the experience of office system developing of our company,we give the target of this program.After that,we analyze the organization of our company,explain the details of structure,and then make demand analysis though all company.Here we set several requirements for the Office Automatization Design.Based on the demands and requirements brought up,some designing and realizing techniques are expressed in detail.Plenty of modules including system organization,system database and system functions,as well as some key technologies are described.At last,we prove the effectiveness of the new system through experiments.We discuss both advantage and disadvantage of this system,make a conclusion for this work and look forward to the future work.
