On 1958,Beijing TV station was the first TV station in China.Subsequently,TV media became the recognized media overlord.However,with the advent of the Internet era,the strong position of TV media is no longer,especially in recent years,the popularity of smart phones is seizing more TV groups.In this case,is there any chance for TV media? How to make efforts?From the perspective of product strategy,this paper uses five forces model and PEST analysis as the main tools to analyze the marketing environment and marketing status of social education program Enjoy Learning of Sichuan TV station.Combined with the questionnaire survey results of program group members,program audience and target advertisers,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the product strategy of social education program Enjoy Learning of Sichuan TV station,and puts forward some suggestions The optimization direction and method of product strategy.Under the guidance of 4P marketing theory and product strategy,the social education program Enjoy Learning of Sichuan TV station is viewed from the product perspective.On the one hand,it solves the problem of the current stage of social education program Enjoy Learning of Sichuan TV station On the one hand,the problems of ‘Unclear Product positioning',‘Unreasonable product design',‘Not rich product mix' and ‘Product design'also help the social education program Enjoy Learning of Sichuan TV station to realize the optimization of product positioning,product design and product mix,so as to expand the scope of customers,attract accurate customers and realize the social and economic benefits of TV programs It's a win-win situation.In addition,this paper also from the policy support,financial support,personnel support for the implementation of the above product strategy to develop safeguards.This paper can help Sichuan TV social education program Enjoy Learning to create a new product matrix.At the same time,due to the universality of the problems raised in this paper,I hope the methods mentioned in this paper can bring new inspiration and inspiration to the TV media facing the same dilemma.
