With the sustained and rapid development of the national economy and the gradual improvement of the national living standard,the demand for dairy products is also increasing.Dairy(especially low-temperature pasteurized milk)are characterized by high water content,short shelf life,and easy deterioration,etc.In the whole dairy cold chain logistics,the distribution process is in the non-cold storage environment for a long time.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics and reduce the risk of spoilage has become a hot topic in the research of cold chain logistics.X Dairy Company began to make home delivery of milk in 1998,which is different from the store model of other dairy companie.It is the first milk company to make home delivery in Jinan.In recent years,X Dairy Company has developed rapidly,but there are still some problems,such as unreasonable distribution plan,high distribution cost and difficulty in meeting customers' requirements for time window,etc.,which restrict the development of X Dairy Company to a certain extent.On the basis of relevant theoretical research,this paper analyzes the current situation of X Dairy Company's dairy distribution network,and finds out two key problems to be solved,namely,distribution network layout and optimization of distribution path.Based on the characteristics of the distribution mode of dairy of X Dairy Company,the factors influencing the optimization of distribution network were analyzed qualitatively.On the basis of qualitative analysis,the distribution network layout optimization model is established to make the service distance balance and service area match with service capacity of each milk station.LINGO software was used to solve the model.Firstly,the balance of milk stations' service distance was taken as the first optimization objective,and under this constraint,the utilization ratio of supply capacity of balanced milk stations was solved.According to the population distribution and the distribution of existing milk stations,Licheng was divided into two parts,the eastern part and the eastern part.The results showed that the longest service distance of five milk stations in the western part of Licheng was 1.5km,and the longest service distance of seven milk stations in the eastern part was 4.3km.The gap between the maximum supply capacity utilization rate and the minimum supply capacity utilization rate of milk stations in the western part of Licheng changed from 11.8% to 1.4%,and the gap between the maximum supply capacity utilization rate and the minimum supply capacity utilization rate of milk stations in the eastern part of Licheng changed from 19.8% to 1.2%,so that the working intensity of each milk station was balanced.After obtaining the coverage scheme of milk stations and community nodes,this paper provided optimization guidance for the distribution plan,comprehensively considered the employee's salary,fixed vehicle cost,vehicle transportation cost and time window penalty cost,and established the distribution path optimization model under the time window with the goal of minimizing the total network cost.Taking the distribution network corresponding to 38 milk station as the research object,ant colony algorithm was applied and MATLAB software was used to solve the model.The specific steps are as follows: first,the 64 groups of parameter combinations are tested for many times on the basis of basic data,and then the optimal parameter combinations are determined.Finally,on this basis,the optimization results obtained are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the model,realize the reduction of distribution network cost and meet the customer's time window requirements.
