In recent years,"Industry 4.0" with digitization and intellectualization of production as the core has gradually emerged.A new technological revolution driven by information technology has been set off.In order to improve market competitiveness and reduce production costs,various industries began to integrate the Internet of things technology based on cloud computing into production and manufacturing.However,blindly using cloud computing technology without considering the rational utilization of edge resources will not only reduce the operation efficiency of the system,but also increase the pressure of network communication and data processing.This paper combines network edge services with cloud computing services,designs and implements a digital twin AGV management system.The main research of this paper are as follows:(1)The digital storage system based on 3D modeling is designed and completed,mainly including the design of visual storage system,the interaction of storage system and the operation of virtual AGV in 3D scene,and it is deployed to cloud server.(2)In order to realize data transmission between edge server and cloud server,the edge server on AGV is designed to realize cloud edge server communication and AGV management and control.A synchronization strategy combining grid landmark and digital grid map is adopted to solve the synchronization problem of AGV position in virtual and real scene.(3)Aiming at the problem of the multi-objective point picking path planning of automatic guided vehicle in the storage system.A multi-objective point path planning method combining A* algorithm and PSO algorithm is proposed.And the remote hybridization strategy in breeding science is introduced to PSO algorithm.Experimental results show that this method can effectively plan the optimal path of multi-objective points in the scene,and the solution efficiency is better.Through tests and experiments,the results show that the AGV system based on cloud edge collaboration has good stability,and has certain reference value in the visual supervision of unmanned storage system and AGV path planning,which has certain enlightening significance for the digital transformation of manufacturing in the future.
