The research on AGVbegins from 1950's in America. AGVis an important device, which is used for transiting in the material exchanging of modern manufacturing corporation and provide an important assurance for flexibility, integration and high efficiency.In order to implement a task successfully , the main job is how to make the AGVreach its destination at a lower cast in a complicated situation .Several kinds of technology are needed as follows sensor technology, self-located technology ,planning strategy and movement control ,etc. The path planning belongs to planning strategy , which includes optimal path selecting and obstacle avoidance of AGVs .The problem of obstacle avoidance of AGVs in dynamic world is very popular .Along with deadlock solved,people focus on the deadlock resulted from the obstacle avoidance.In this paper, we mainly analyze and study optimal path selecting and obstacle avoidance of AGVs .around the AGVpath planning ,we study a lot in theory and practice ,as folows:1) Analyzement of movement control of three-wheel AGV: Movement control is the implementing method of AGV's path planning.2) Puttinga path planning algorithm for AGVs in dynamic world: Looking for a shortest- time path from start to destination,followed by determining the movement state by AGVoptimal path real time identifying matrix.3) Simulation analyment for obstacle avoidance of AGVs using AGVoptimal path real time identifying matrix.The correlation research work obtains the application in enterprise's production practical work.Causes AGV to be smooth in the internal combustion engine production workshop movement, has made the contribution for the enhancement production efficiency.
