As people pay more attention to fitness sports,the consumption of swimwear is increasing year by year.my country is an important producer of swimwear,and most of the domestic swimwear companies are small and medium-sized enterprises.With the rapid changes in market demand for swimwear styles and colors,the production of swimwear companies can no longer meet the market,and they need scientific and technological support to enhance their competitiveness.Coupled with the domestic "Industry 4.0" strategic goal,swimwear companies are in a critical period of transition from traditional production to intelligent manufacturing.On the other-only,domestic swimwear small and medium-sized enterprises,production control process is not perfect,production cutting process is unstable,time-and-time material and other phenomena are common.Considering the production characteristics of swimwear enterprises,in order to solve the problem of production cutting time-and-time materials,research and development of a set of intelligent cutting sub-bed production system,the process is relatively simple swimwear production adaptability,can significantly improve production efficiency and raw material utilization,increase the production profits of enterprises.In order to solve the existing problems of time-consuming,material-consuming,and uncontrollable processes in the production of swimwear companies,this paper analyzes the production status of swimsuit companies,understands and learns related topics at home and abroad,and further studies related algorithms for cutting and separating beds on the basis of the industry,and designed and developed a swimsuit cutting system.The main content of the paper are as follows:1.Aiming at the problems of long production and cutting time and serious fabric waste in the production process of swimwear companies,the design goals and development needs of the cutting system are analyzed.2.The problem of sub-bed cutting in swimwear production is fully studied,various factors affecting the cutting sub-bed are considered,the genetic algorithm and particle group algorithm are effectively combined,a double-population hybrid algorithm is proposed to solve the bed-splitping model,and the actual production order is tested,which can obtain a relatively excellent scheme in a short period of time.3.In order to further improve the utilization rate of the cutting fabric,the model is established for the cutting chip scheduling problem,and the algorithm validity experiment is carried out,and the final result shows that the use of the fabric in the discharge process is effectively improved.4.Design a swimwear production control system,combined with the study of swimwear tailoring bed and discharge,to achieve the intelligent production,to ensure the stability of the swimwear production process and maximize the profits of enterprise production.The swimsuit cutting system that uses intelligent algorithms to solve the cutting plan can help small and medium-sized swimwear manufacturers get rid of unstable production conditions,use production data,and realize intelligent and high-profit production of swimwear.
