In the processing of bank credit card business,the identification and authentica-tion of credit card customers guarantees the security of account data.ID card recog-nition and face comparison are key steps in identity recognition and authentication.Megvii Technology provides an enterprise-level solution for ID card recognition and face matching algorithms for China Merchants Bank Credit Card Center,and provides services in the form of API interfaces.In order to adapt to the algorithm version it-eration,it is necessary to verify and compare the algorithms newly introduced in the new version and the algorithms of different technical processes.Perform classification tests on image samples,verify and compare ID card recognition algorithms and face comparison algorithms through multiple indicators,and help companies choose bet-ter algorithm products to serve business departments.This is of great importance for saving costs and improving business execution efficiency.significance.This thesis designs and implements an identity recognition algorithm verification and comparison system,and realizes the generalization of the verification process of the ID card recognition algorithm and the face comparison algorithm.The system provides test sample management,ID card recognition algorithm verification,face comparison algorithm verification and verification result management functions.The test sample management module establishes a test set of ID card pictures and face pictures and pre-pares picture samples,sets labels for the picture samples and establishes association relationships for the picture samples in the test set? it also manages the algorithm API interface,and returns the result fields for the interface to be verified.The label sets the threshold and evaluation criteria.The ID card recognition algorithm verifies the configuration execution parameters,calls the ID card recognition algorithm API and returns the result,and verifies the recognition accuracy of the returned result field.The face comparison algorithm verifies the configuration execution parameters,calls the face comparison algorithm API and returns the result,and verifies the comparison pass rate of the returned result,etc.The verification result management module displays the overall verification results,the detailed results of ID card recognition and face com-parison,and visual analysis and comparison of multiple evaluation indicators of the verification results of face comparison algorithms of different technical processes.The system uses the SSM back-end framework,j Query+Bootstrap as the front-end frame-work,and uses thread pool technology to process the task of sending ID card recognition and face comparison requests.The system verifies more than 200 batches of different types of algorithms through4800 samples of different types of test sets.Compared with the original manual statis-tics,the system can more comprehensively and accurately analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the ID card recognition algorithm and the face comparison algorithm.It has provided an important reference basis for business departments to evaluate and select third-party algorithm products.
