With the promotion of 5G communication technology,combined with the application of new technologies such as cloud computing,artificial intelligence and edge computing,it will have a far-reaching impact on industrial manufacturing.In the manufacturing process,industrial enterprises pay more and more attention to the data collection of products and equipment at all stages,hoping to improve quality and increase manufacturing flexibility through data analysis and mining.The emergence of 5G and other IOT connectivity technologies has greatly enhanced connectivity and data acquisition capabilities,and promoted technological innovation.A large number of industrial equipment can be accessed through 5G enterprise network,and the control of equipment can be controlled and linked through 5G enterprise private network,so as to build a comprehensive Internet network system for people,machines and things in the industrial environment,and then realize the industrial Internet technology system,so that the intelligent manufacturing capability of industry can be effectively supported.However,more and more extensive network connections make the issue of network security become a concern,and the production and living activities of enterprises also have a strong dependence on the network.While ensuring the safe operation of the enterprise network,it can better serve the daily operation of industrial enterprises.This paper takes the current development of network security management of F Group as an example,on the one hand,the enterprise invests a lot of resources to maintain the stable operation of the existing enterprise network,on the other hand,it actively introduces 5G network technology to build a new generation of enterprise 5G network exploration.Compared with the traditional enterprise network security management in the 5G era,great changes have taken place in the enterprise network environment,security technology system architecture and management methods.The new network technology and security technology make the internal network boundary of the enterprise become blurred,and its management and operation have also changed.More and more management and security need to be completed across organizations or even across enterprises.Enterprises are facing problems such as organization,management,operation and collaborative organization.This paper fully analyzes the current situation of network security development in F Group,combs the organizational structure,service content,system and other contents of the current management system,and analyzes the hardware equipment,the current situation of internal network management personnel and external collaboration team.It exposes that F Group has complex organization,high cost of coordination and communication,complex management process,decentralized authority and no complete management system platform for enterprise network construction and management system in 5G era.There are also some problems in the operation system,such as insufficient investment in network security,inadequate preparation of internal technical and management personnel,serious talent gap,lack of backbone human support that can be competent for 5G enterprise network,old professional education and training,and lack of timely updating of technical and management courses.In addition,the construction and management of the external operation and maintenance team are lacking,and there are deficiencies in organization,coordination and timeliness of problem handling.In view of the problems related to the current network security management of F Group,this paper puts forward a design scheme suitable for the enterprise network security management in the 5G era.In the management and implementation scheme of 5G enterprise security of F Group,first of all,a new organizational structure is re-divided to clarify the responsibilities and powers of departments and personnel to form a management system.Construct the enterprise network security management organization,sort out the corresponding business processes,and revise the management system and management norms to make them suitable for the enterprise network security management in the 5G era.Secondly,in terms of enterprise network operation,we should increase investment in security,promote the upgrading of internal management and technical personnel,and strengthen more targeted network security training.Finally,we should establish a joint operation organization in the external collaboration system of the enterprise,open up the internal and external process pipelines of the enterprise,carry out continuous service improvement,strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,maintain the stability and effectiveness of services,and implement all responsibilities to units and individuals,so that everything can be managed by people,management has a basis,and promote
