The management of the enterprise and institution are gradually changing to information technology, but at the same time, we also found that in recent years about phishing, electronic property theft, the losing of user account and password, the leakage of personal information, human flesh search and so on, the network security incidents and hacker attacks occur frequently, the design and management of network security has been an important issues related to people’s livelihood.The construction of information network security is related to the long-term development of the wireless bureau, as an important sector of Broadcaster, improving the network security and management mechanism of The Wireless Bureau will contribute to the reforming and future development of the Broadcaster, through protection information security, we can promote the development of various businesses. As the core of the entire wireless local network, the safety of the Bureau should be protected first, so that we can ensure all the network and business operate normally. Secondly, the security of every station is also very important, especially the station used for broadcasting security business, we should make sure that the safe business broadcasted in a normal way, we must also make sure that the security construction of network will not be the security vulnerabilities of the entire network. Finally, the most important thing is to protect its own network security to provide support and guarantee for the construction of the security of the entire network when thinking about the stations without broadcasting.This article analyses the problems encountered in information construction process of Broadcaster and the status of the existing network security and planning in the institution. Put forward reasonable solutions and achieve methods through combining the future plan and goals. Through the analysis of demand in the construction of wireless local network security and bureau business, and combine the OS I model to the construction of network security in the institution, and do research on the OSI model and do some risk analysis. Finally, based on the analysis and the expected results, specify a reasonable network security design and audit management solutions. Put forward overall (general business、special business) and local (security broadcast business) solutions based on the structure and characteristics of the whole network for wireless Bureau.
