Abstract/Summary:
As a kind of angular displacement sensor,photoelectric encoder has been widely used in aerospace,precision instruments,machinery manufacturing and other fields due to its advantages of high precision,wide measurement range,small size,light weight,reliable operation,easy maintenance and high cost performance.In the environment of rapid development of science and technology,various industries require photoelectric encoders not only to accurately output angular displacement information,but also to have more sensitive response of angular velocity and angular acceleration,which puts forward higher requirements for dynamic accuracy of photoelectric encoders.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the application equipment,it is necessary to calibrate each index accurately during the development of the encoder.In the production process,the calibration of dynamic and static accuracy of encoders depends on the accuracy detection system.Therefore,in order to ensure the accuracy of calibration results,the accuracy of the detection system needs to be improved.Based on consulting a large number of references to the current detection system at home and abroad and all kinds of testing technology,on the basis of the research and analysis on the incremental encoder detection technology still is not perfected,detection standard has not yet been unified and other issues,designed a kind of incremental encoder detection system based on Lab VIEW,NI PXI platform of powerful collection with Lab VIEW visual programming convenience of together,and the architecture of the system and function design in detail in this paper.And each module of the system is designed,including the hardware selection,system architecture,system connection and the design of the upper computer software.In order to improve the detection accuracy of the detection system,a nonlinear adaptive filter based on radial basis function(RBF)neural network optimized by MBGD is designed to optimize the accuracy.The main sources of accuracy error of the detection system are mechanical error,acquisition error and the error of high-precision encoder output reference signal.The simulation results show that the designed MBGD-RBF filter is used to filter the output signal of its high-precision reference encoder,and the detection accuracy of the system can be improved from 6.34 "to 2.059".Finally,this paper through the experiment to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the designed system,and the error analysis of the designed system and comparison,the results of the experiments and error analysis verified the design system is accurate,effective and can satisfy the(0 ~ 1000)r/min speed range for the accuracy of not more than 20"incremental encoder output signal of the static and dynamic characteristics test.And this system detection system is perfect,detection efficiency is high,the detection results are intuitive and reliable,has a certain value of promotion.
