In order to improve the quality of hospital service and patients’ satisfactio n,medical self service system is widely used in large and medium-sized hospita ls.Medical self service system on the basic of successful settlement of the hosp ital information management system, medical insurance card and bank card syst em’s connection,not only to achieve a medical card issuance, registration, appoi ntment, payment experts, payment, query function, but also to meet the needs of self-print, self-test report print etc.The system can effectively avoid the problem of repeated collection of medical data, patients with long queues, etc.T here is no uniform standard for evaluating the software quality of medical serv ice system,There are many uncertain factors and difficulties in the evaluation p rocess, and the traditional evaluation methods are subjective and uncontrollable. This article is for the purpose of software quality evaluation theory as a guide, intensive study the projection pursuit model and fuzzy matter element method, in order to tease out effective medical service system software quality evaluatio n scheme.The paper studies the principles and characteristics of the software quality index system, the software quality measurement model,the comprehensive evaluation method and other related technology theories,the paper proposed a medical service system of software quality evaluation model based on the improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm optimizes vector of projection pursuit model and fuzzy matter element method.The main contents and innovations are as follows:Firstly, the paper proposes a medical self-service system software quality evaluation model used fuzzy matter element method as comprehensive evaluation with referring to water quality, air quality evaluation methods,uses projection pursuit model to calculate the index weight of fuzzy matter element method to solve the subjective problem of software quality evaluation.Secondly, projection pursuit model in solving high-dimensional function optimization is easy to fall into the local optimal solution,slow convergence speed etc.this paper improves the classic shuffled frog leaping algorithm on the population initialization,learning factor,integration of differential evolution algorithm,using the improved leapfrog algorithm to optimized index projection vector of projection pursuit model.In the matlab environment, the result of the simulation experiment of the improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm indicates the algorithm has good convergence and accuracy, and has better robustness.Thirdly, the paper designs and implements the intelligent the software quality evaluation system of medical self service system based on this paper proposes the software quality evaluation model.This system can collect the sample data from the self-service machine, and use the model to evaluate and grade the medical self service system.,through the system to realize the objective and scientific quality evaluation.
