Design And Implementation Of Shaolin Temple Archives Project

The Archives of Shaolin Temple record the continuation of zen Buddhism in Shaolin Temple for more than 1,000 years,which is of great value in history,architecture,aesthetics,medicine and other fields,and is an important part of the national archives resources.Nowadays,the archival field has ushered in the "new infrastructure",the national cultural big data has become a national strategy,the archive literature heritage project has been included in the "14th Five-year Plan",and the archives work of Shaolin Temple is also actively moving towards innovation and development.The shaolin Temple archives project aims at standardizing the construction of shaolin temple archives,so as to better use the archives resources to sort out shaolin history,protect traditional culture and spread Shaolin culture.Based on the author's project practice,this paper first introduces the value of the Archives of the Shaolin Temple and the importance of the archives management of the Shaolin Temple.By using the field investigation method and interview method,this paper takes the Archives department of the Shaolin Temple,each entrance of the Shaolin Temple,The Archives Bureau of Dengfeng City and the Archives warehouse of the Shaolin Temple as the research object.It is deeply understood that the archives of Shaolin Temple have problems such as low standardization of archives work,lack of systematic and specific development planning,thus explaining the necessity of implementing the archives project of Shaolin Temple.Secondly,according to the status quo of the Archives of the Shaolin Temple,the project is designed according to the design concept of concept innovation,system innovation,organizational innovation,management innovation,systematic,collaborative,sustainable design principles to guide the development of the Archives of the Shaolin Temple project.The main content of the shaolin Temple archives project design scheme is divided into three parts,one is the introduction of the main body of the project and the coordination relationship,the other is the shaolin Temple archives project stage planning,the third is the project quality management and risk management.Finally,the paper expounds the specific business implementation and guarantee mechanism of shaolin Temple archives project gathering all kinds of resource elements and constructing multi-subject collaborative project consortium for archives collection,collation and development.The implementation of the project not only effectively established shaolin temple archives system,carried out the shaolin temple archives basic business,has also made innovative development of shaolin temple archives,from academic research,cultural preservation,cultural diffusion,made a preliminary integration of culture and science and technology level,promoting the sharing and communication of the shaolin culture.
