Historically, the warehouse has been a core part of the social material supply system plays an irreplaceable role in the material storage, so the maintenance and management of the warehouse is very necessary. Because the warehouse generally has the characteristics of large storage capacity, poor ventilation and remoteness, so fire prevention, moisture-proof and guard against theft has always been an important part of the warehouse daily management. In order to prevent any damage to the goods of warehouse, people predicts the accident by monitoring the valuable warehouse environment information.According to the above problem, this paper design a warehouse environment monitoring system based on ZigBee, the system can perceive information of temperature, humidity and personnel intrusion At the same time, using the wireless communication mode to transmit the information that has the reference value to the host computer. According to the phenomenon of some robbers destructing the terminal node deliberately to avoid the system monitoring,this thesis design the node power-cut detection program, once the node is disconnected from the network, other nodes will alarm at the same time and the system can display the number of disconnected node, then the management can handle the accident in time.Firstly, the concept and characteristics of ZigBee technology are briefly introduced in this thesis, the network structure and the functions and workflow of each layer in the protocol specification are elaborated. And then, this thesis puts forward the overall design scheme of the system, builds the hardware platform on the basis of the design scheme, meanwhile, designs the node hardware of ZigBee. Based on the relevant software, this thesis designs program of the network node power-cut detection, temperature and humidity data acquisition, intrusion alarm and PC interface. Finally, this thesis tests the whole network, including network building, the function of coordinator and terminal node realization PC interface program and the communication distance test.
