The development of network technology has greatly facilitated people's production and life.With the increasing demand for the network,the problem of high load on the network has become more and more obvious.For different application scenarios,the load of the network is also different,which makes the network uneven.In recent years,with the comprehensive construction of 4G networks and the issuance and promotion of 5G networks,the stock of existing network resources has become larger and larger.How to use the existing idle resources to improve the quality of the high-load cell network and solve the problem that the high-load cell network cannot meet the needs of users has become one of the major concerns of major operators.Based on the above problems,this paper designs a mobile network capacity monitoring and optimization system based on microservices.It aims to obtain real-time monitoring data of existing network resources through the data center,and analyze the data,including calculation of data such as community network parameters and capacity health indicators.And high-load cell and low-load cell judgment,etc.Find out the cells with high load and low load problems in the current network,and analyze and record the reasons for the high load in the cell based on the recent network data of the high load cell.Then,according to different causes of the problem,the network capacity of the high-load cell is optimized.In order to achieve this goal,this article has done the following work:(1)Taking into account the scalability and ease of use of the system,this paper adopts the Spring Cloud framework as the basic framework for the realization of the system.And on this basis,combined with user needs,the system is divided into cell network parameter micro-services,high-load cell identification micro-services,low-efficiency cell identification micro-services,high-load cell optimization micro-services,capacity health index analysis micro-services,and resource scheduling Microservices and other microservices are designed and implemented.(2)In the process of system design,according to system functions,the system is divided into two functions: cell network parameter monitoring and high-load cell optimization.The cell network parameter monitoring part provides data for the optimization part of the high-load cell by monitoring the relevant parameters of the cell network.In order to ensure the effectiveness of high-load cell optimization,in this paper,a TCN-based cell network parameter prediction model is first constructed.The prediction model is used to predict the network parameters of the high-load cell,and the time period and network parameters for the high-load cell network are obtained and other information.Then the matching strategy of high-load cell and low-efficiency cell is constructed to realize the optimization of the high-load cell network.(3)In the test chapter of this article,the test cases of the system are designed,and functional tests and non-functional tests are carried out for the system.In the process of functional testing,a click test is performed for each part of the system.The test results show that the system meets the user's functional requirements.During the non-functional test,the test found that when the system concurrency reached 500,the average response time was about3s;when the data volume reached 1 million,the multi-table query time was still less than 5s,meeting the non-functional requirements of the system.
