The coloring ring-back tone (CRBT) service is one kind of personalized ring-back tone service. Before the introduction of coloring ring service, if a calling subscriber calls a called subscriber, when he is in call waiting, what he hears is only the ring-back tone of dull"honk ~ honk ~"; After having coloring ring service, the called subscriber may have custom-made one or many individuality ring-back tones. When the calling subscriber calls, what he hears turns to the individuality ring-back tone, lets the call waiting be no longer dull.For cellular phones operator, the color ring service is regarded as a value-added service, it largely grows year by year in both user quantity and popular rate. Now it has already gradually developed to an operator's primary service. Moreover, along with the development of present 3G networks, the color ring service's form also tends diversification, having good market prospect.The coloring ring-back tone platform of H Mbile Company was available in December, 2003. After experiencing several years of rapid developments, the custom-made color ring is already very universal in the user community; After the fifth issues of capacity expansion plan for the color ring platform, the color ring systems operation's stability gradually enhances, the failure rate has the tendency of drop, and user's complaint ratio has similarly gradually reduced. For adapting to the situation of user successive year accumulates, carrying on the capacity expansion and optimize for the existing color bell platform have become the inevitable tendency.In this thesis, capacity expansion plan for the H mobile company color bell platform is designed. First analyze the H mobile company color ring platform's present situation, then discuse and design the from the color ring platform capacity expansion's feasibility and the capacity expansion plan separately on two aspects. Through the capacity expansion feasibility analysis, which is the capacity expansion design's foundation, forecast the model of the color ring number of users and the service growth. Afterward, this article discussed the color ring system capacity expansion network principle and the construction plan, proposed two color ring platform capacity expansion project plan, has given various plans disposition computation separately, and has carried on the proof and the comparison from each angle to these two sets of plans, then, giving the plan capacity expansion network analysis situs chart.The proposed capacity expansion principle and the construction plan of the color ring platform capacity expansion is as follows:(1) Capacity expansion principle: Considered that the target net plan completed time still have the element of certainty existence, simultaneously protected the investment for the guarantee trade development, this issue project AIP design hardware source part and so on capacity as well as expansion hardware UI, PORTAL, database, VRS designs to satisfies the user number in the November, 2010, the demand of 7,500,000 users to carry on the construction;(2) Consideration demand of the color ring platform IP nessesity and to satisfy the platform turning on part smooth evolution in the future the request, we use URP to take the additional node the turning on equipment. For satisfied user service demand better, carry on the dilatancy of the color bell platform is also in the service inevitable demand regarding this, therefore the color ring platform dilatancy project is feasibility in the service.After analyze the project feasibility, two plan of color ring platform expansion project are proposed.Plan one: Let node AIP1 background processing ability expansion to support 7,500,000 user's of the management flows, manages in the node no longer load call flow.Maintains call node AIP2, AIP3 platform part is invariable, satisfies 3,000,000 user's call connect, the connect part from the call node AIP2 move section module to the management node to satisfies the relaying resource demand when 7,500,000 user's connect.Expand the URP module continually in the existing URP plane to satisfies 4,500,000 user's connect abilities; Expands VRS pronunciation resources module of URP node to satisfies 4,500,000 user's playback demands; Optimizes the URP node platform as well as database handling ability, guaranteed that background processing ability supports 4,500,000 users.After the expansion network still maintained the present net's four nodes, one AIP is management node, two AIP is call nodes and one URP is call node;The management node no longer load the call flow, only will satisfy 7,500,000 user's management flows; Two AIP call node administration platform part does not make the adjustment; Increases URP module of URP call node, and optimizes the background processing ability, the URP node load call that add from color ring platform.Plan two: Built new URP node to satisfies 2,500,000 user's handling ability of call flow, let the background processing ability of manage node AIP1 expand to support 7,500,000 users the management flows, manages node no longer load call flow.Maintains call node AIP2, the AIP3 platform part invariable, satisfies 3,000,000 user's call connect, adjust some module of the call node AIP2 as the connect part of the management node, satisfies management node 7,500,000 user's demand that connect the relaying resource.After the expansion network increase few nodes, one AIP management node, two AIP call node and two URP call nodes.The management node no longer load call flow, only satisfy 7,500,000 user's management flows; Two AIP call node and the original URP node do not make the adjustment; Increases the URP call node to undertake 2,500,000 user's call flows, and load the addition part call of color ring platformThe design of the color bell capacity expansion plan has provided the basis for the next works, proposed the reference for the engineering design construction.
