With the rapid development of information technology and semiconductor technology,the wideband wireless communication systems with high-performance and low-cost show spacious research prospects and great requirements.As the key element of the RF receiver,LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)is widely used in the T/R module,the RF transceiver,the remote sensing detection systems and so on.Nowadays,the research of the LNA mainly focus on the performance of the low noise,high gain,linearity and so on.The wideband LNA with good noise,low cost and good gain flatness is studied and designed in this thesis,and the main contributions and works are as follows,1.In order to solve the model accuracy of the transistor,the physical model are studied in this thesis.Furthermore,the measurements have finished and the model have established,which laid the foundation of design of LNA.2.The effects of the negative feedback on the broadband performance and stability of the amplifier,a 4?12 GHz LNA is designed by using the user-designed model of the passive and active elements.3.The flatness of the LNA is studied and the design methods of the LNA loaded with a low-Q notch network is presented in this thesis.By using this methods,two kinds of LNA operating from 6 GHz to 13 GHz are designed,which have also verified the feasibility of the proposed method.4.A 7?11 GHz wideband LNA is studied and designed to fulfill the requirements of low power and high gain in this thesis.This LNA employs an improved cascode structure to realize the performance of low noise,high gain and low power.
