Research On The Influence Of Flexible Employment On The Service Quality Of Software Development Service Platform

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the increasing digitization of social economy,great changes have taken place in people's working relations.The software service outsourcing industry has also followed the development of the times.Some industries have changed from offline to online,forming a software service platform.The flexible employment mechanism adopted by the software service platform has brought a certain positive impact to the software service outsourcing industry,but its flexible mechanism has also brought some troubles to the software service platform.Based on the existing literature,this paper sorts out the related concepts of flexible employment,software service outsourcing and platform economy,and summarizes the problems encountered in the software outsourcing service industry.According to the current situation of software service platform,the possible problems on software service platform are analyzed and summarized.At this stage,the software service platform has just started,and there are still many difficulties in its development.Understand the pain points in the development of the software service outsourcing industry,the current situation of the software service platform,the working relationship on the software service platform,and the service mechanism of the software service platform.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the service quality is the key factor in the development process of the software service platform.Software service quality is not only related to the normal operation of software service platform,but also related to the healthy and orderly development of software service industry.Therefore,improving software service quality is also the most concerned thing for employees in software service industry.Using the service quality model,this paper analyzes the possible gaps in service quality from five aspects:Managers'cognition,quality standards,service transactions,marketing communication and perceived service quality,and discusses the reasons for the gap in service quality.Finally,according to the reasons for the service quality gap,some suggestions are given that if it is necessary to improve the service quality of the software service platform,we can clarify the service positioning,formulate executable service quality standards,establish appropriate service rating rules and implement appropriate supervision mechanisms.
